Popup Register and Popup Login part do not work properly.
It opens the whole page directly. It doesn’t just show the content part.

The filter was not working properly in the system and we solved this problem by excluding some of the codes you used.
For example; fmin, fmax.
What do we need to add for Popup Register and Popup Login?

I would like to have a price-like filter for attributes. I see a lot of people asking for htis. I already have bought several licenses and i would like to get more in case this filter works.
One more feature to add is attributes to have multiple values (filterable by the filter) but separated with , for example
CPU: i3000 ( only 1 attribute value) RAM: 4GB, 8GB ( 2 attribute values separated by separator of your choice)
We as store owners cannot add the same attribute RAM 2+ times so we have to make new products every time.

Hi, yes you can use whichever demo you want, however the regular license does not cover 10 stores, on can only use one demo in one store, but any one you want.

Hello! I have a license but need to upgrade to Journal 3 last version. Currently i installed mirror site for making the process smooth and to get things done with not interruptions for my clients. I have the theme but when i download the demo data it says that i already used my license. Is it possible to temporally take option to check if the theme is compatible with my new installation of Opencart. How i can make this?

On mobile, when menu item is opened and then a second opened, is there a way for the first one to auto close? So that only one item can display subcategories. I checked accordion menu style but there is no such option…

Hi, that’s not a bug, it’s a layers-only effect. The slider needs a slide to add layers onto, so it uses a transparent png so you only see the layers (the image on the right is also a layer). The slide image itself is a background, in this case transparent.

Hello again. I get error when i want to check the recurring payments on customer account. I get the following error

I checked and i couldnt find the pp_express.twig. It doesnt exists. Is there anyway to creat this file or download it from somewhere?
Upon some investigation, I created the pp_express.twig file inside **/catalog/view/theme/journal3/template/extension/recurring/ and added the following code:

Hi, this doesn’t seem something theme related, your extension should fallback to the default Opencart theme folder if a .twig file is not found in the current theme folder. Hi. Is there any way to speed up or disable popup on the question? When you click on a question, the popup takes a very long time to load. Can I disable it so that a question form appears immediately when clicked?

Testing it in our demo opens that form popup almost instantly.

Hello to everyone. I have a simple question. Journal Opencart theme, when I add products in theme 3 (please see image below). The add button stays stuck. Upgraded to Journal 3 and Open cart Version 3.0.2.0. I have enabled SEO URL and they work ONLY is i MANUALLY add the keywords on custom url inputs inside journal modules.
But some sections of the journal modules you select url e.g. Privacy policy for newsletter. So, i cant edit URL there…
It seems Journal 3 does not change e.g. “index.php?route=information/information/agree&information_id=3” TO “privacy-policy”
if i open mydomain.com/privacy-policy it works well and opens the page with all themes and colors.
but when i click the link mydomain.com/index.php?route=information/information/agree&information_id=3 i get White page with just the content for that information page ( No theme, no colors, no header … just black text from content box of that information.
In Short, After changing to ”.htaccess” and adding SEO urls , Open Cart respects the new keywords but Journal content does not update the URLs
Hi, this doesn’t seem something theme related, we don’t handle how seo urls are generated for information pages but most likely there is a confusion, Opencart does not have seo urls for links opened from agree links (index.php?route=information/information/agree&information_id=3) and there is no header/footer on those links, for example: https://demo.opencart.com/index.php?route=information/information/agree&information_id=3

Thanks for your response: When i add information_id=3 with keyword “privacy-policy” to SEO Url , mydomain.com/privacy-policy works and display Journal 3 styles, header , footer everything including the “CONTENT” of the information.
but for example, the newsletter module has an agree to link on Journal 3 module. Which does not change to ”.../privacy-policy” it remains ”....com/index.php?route=information/information/agree&information_id=3”
Before i enabled the SEO URL , your theme displayed on all URLs including ”..com/index.php?route=information/information/agree&information_id=3”.
I dont understand this myself… BUT if there was a way to add “CUSTOM” link on newsletter and other modules in Journal 3 i would just in put SEO URL directly the way i wanted, which has worked for my links that i have the way to add custom url
Hi, as we’ve explained above, there are two types of URLs for information pages with routes information/information and information/information/agree, and only the first route can be made SEO friendly, so information/information&information_id=3 can be rewritten to privacy-policy but information/information/info&information_id=3 cannot be made SEO friendly and it won’t have header nor footer. The last one is used by Opencart in popups like the ones shown when clicked the “I agree…” text. In your case, your issue is most likely generated because a popup is not opened when clicking the “I agree…” text and the content is shown in a new page. This usually happens when the language pack you are using is not compatible with your Opencart version, either way, this issue has nothing to do with Journal so we suggest you make sure everything works fine when using the default Opencart theme first and also ask for more information about this on Opencart forums at https://forum.opencart.com. For further assistance, please file a ticket on our support page.

I clicked save, on the default language, and the form broke and after editing DB to en/en_US/english – all posible options, Now the Journal no longer shows urls on Select dropdowns… I had no language packe, it was the default opencart language.
