How can I add information to the default footer that appears on each page? I can see two dark grey boxes but I can’t find the way to write anything down inside them.

I have another question. Is there any option to have thumbnails on the portfolio pages on the sidebar below the text?
Importing an image as a thumbnail does work, but when you click on it to view it larger, it opens it up in a new page, rather than the Lightbox plugin i’m using.
I was just wondering if there was a thumbnail option i could be missing. If not…do you have any suggestions as to a plugin or steps I could take to implementing thumbnails?

It also makes the prev/all/next buttons in that column attempt to open in pretty photo/lightbox as well.
Theme is absolutely AMAZING thank you! One question. I am trying to make the home page slideshow full screen width of 100%. I’ve been trying to see if there is an option to set that like the full map contact page. Looks like if I want to do that I’ll have to edit the style/page templates directly, but before I did that I want to make sure their isn’t an option to set it to full screen width like that contact page.

Only contact page has 100% full width. Slider is 960px wide.
Love the theme. I do have one question: I want to display the ‘fixed’ header style on all pages other than the home page. If it’s the home page, i’d like it to use the change from the other style to the fixed style. Know what I mean?

I removed the mobile code as you directed for another person, but now my site is “bouncing” on a mobile device when it loads. I took the @ media mentions out of all 3 css files, and removed the two lines of viewport code from the header.

I’m having a problem in IE: for posts without images, blog page and single post pages show big, empty image place holder, how do I get rid of it and be able to have images display properly with posts that do have featured image attached to them? Thanks for help.

I am having trouble setting up the image slider on the homepage, similar to the demo. I am able to get one image in via the “featured image” option. But when I add another “Extra image 1” It just puts it below, not in a slider.
Am I missing something? Thanks so much!

if you have extra images set, slider should appear automatically on the top of the page.

I just discovered the problem! I was putting a featured image, and an extra image in…but no second extra image. If I ignore featured image, and only use extra image 1 and extra image 2, the slider does pop up! Thank you for your time!

I tried customizing the PrettyPhoto.js, but I’m not seeing any changes. How do I get change the image for the magnifying glass icon on the portfolio gallery to a play button? 1) thank you for noticing this. Our script for adjusting the height of map frame doesn’t work fine if you’re using title on the page. We’ll include fix for this into net update.

So-- sorry if the question has already been posted : on my blog page, (frontpage of the blog) even if there is no comment on an article, it says “1 comment” and when you click on the item in question, this time the information is good ! it says “0 comment”. How to be sure that the information is correct, about the number of comments on the blog page?

Just a quick query, is it possible to turn the coloured box that sits behind the navigation menu, when you’re on that page, off?
E.g. when I’m on the homepage, I would like the nav menu not to have any boxes showing.

On the WordPress pages widget for the footer, what are the page ID’s if I want to exclude pages from this list – are they the full urls or something different?

You can check the page ID if you hover it’s name on Pages page in Dashboard and see the status bar where URL appear.
However, this is not theme related, so you should search WP plugins directory for something like “better pages widget” or similar…

sorry, but there is no header sidebar in our theme where social media icons can be inserted.
Only way to do it is to hire someone to alter the header.php file and insert social icons there.
ps: maybe there is such a plugin. Quick search (without installing and trying) http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/odd-social-media-plugin/A plugin wich wil easily allow you to create buttons to your Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIN at the top of your website.
Hello, keep up the amazing work! I have a question about user experience.
I noticed on the actual blog post page itself, the reader is having a hard time going back or knowing they are actually in the blog section itself.
Is there an option for breadcrumbs? Would love an option so the reader can go back to the blog section not the homepage of the site. Is there a way to make the “blog” in the menu highlighted when they are actually on a blog single post?

We’re not planning to add breadcrumb option, but I’m sure there are such plugins.

One more question about search results page.
How do I make the search results page style conform with the blog page? Say for example blog3 page template.

To highlight blog link on main menu when you’re on blog single post isn’t that easy in our theme (this is why we didn’t highlighted it). If you have only one blog page, I can try to create some custom script for your site only (for free).
I can also customize your search results page (index.php) if you send me wp-admin URL , u/p via email form on our profile page…
If you want to play around yourself with search results page, you have to copy DIV with class POST from blog-page-3.php and paste to index.php Also, you have to add class “blog3” to DIV with ID “inner-content” in index.php
