I am going to develop a store with numerous categories and nested subcategories. I need a way to browse the categories in which when entering the main category, the subcategories are shown with an image and the same when entering the subcategories.

Try to download whole archive from themeforest, take Page Builder from /dependencies/modules/pspagebuilder and upload to your server

I have paid for 6 months support renewal but promokit website says suupport has expired. I have not received new purchase ID from envato-themeforest, only a PDF invoice. What’s more my shop is out of order after upgrading to the last version of Alysum.
