In demo – https://chromium.themes.zone/toolshop/ – there is a sidebar navigation on the homepage next to the slider, that shows a list ‘Variables —— to Angle Grinders’, surrounding this list is the html code color – ffba00. Where in customise or the theme files can this color be changed to another?
In the left sidebar of the store/shop there is the title ‘Categories’ – with a number listed in that particular category, where in the code is it possible to change the colors of the numbers so they present more clearly?

Yes I’m sure, because I wouldn’t be asking the question how to change it otherwise. In customise, in general style it states, ’Tools Shop Style’. When I add in the suggested code you mentioned, it doesn’t change the border color of #ffba00 to #000. Where else might the code be to change this?
Okay, I’m testing my codes on a copy of the Tool Shop demo now.
1. Add this instead:
.widget_tz_categories.alt-style { border-color: #000 !important; }
2. Same thing, make sure there’s !important at the end:
.widget_tz_categories .count { color: #000 !important; }
3. Try adding something like this and then play with the values if necessary:

We don’t have such option in our theme. It either needs to be customized with custom code or a plugin, or you need to look for another theme that perfectly fits your needs.

Few day ago we bought your theme. Installed it on the brand new hosting account with brand new WP installation. Then I activated the plugins and your theme and import the demo. Ive done nothing more.
My hosting meets all the php requirements stated on the import demo page.

Moreover one of your plugins named TM WooCommerce Compare & Wishlist (on brand new WP installation) prevent users to login. From my short experience with this theme and not so short experience with your support (read below) I can say your product is broken and my hope that your support will help me evaporated.
We are a web design/development studio and this message is on behalf of my customer. We as an agency had very bad experience with one of your other themes – Handy. Again very very inadequate support and lots of bugs after every update. Back then we just decided to stop wasting our time with your products and switch to a working theme. If you are curious about this case – I can provide you more details on this particular failure with ticket numbers and so on.
We spent a lot of time trying to receive adequate answers from your support with Handy so now with Chromium I don’t want to waste the same amount of time with your support and its generic bot-like answers with links.
So I have one last question – I want to be refunded and want to know what is the procedure for this to happen. Shall I escalate this case to Theme Forest’s support or this message to you is enough?
