Are you guys working currently as I have a couple of questions to ask and wondering if they fall under paid support or advice if you get my meaning. I dont want to pay extra for additional support if you are on vacation and my days are not being used sufficiently or are my two questions more advisory and would be answerable in your documentation.

Example 1.

I cant input the short-code into the contact form in edit listing type/single page/profile What ever I do the listing simply shows an error as shown in this listing page https://test.jpauc.jp/listing/auto-trader-imports/

I have also loaded or should I say inputted some custom field via listingtypes/singlepage/contenttabs/profile/ etc

I then also put them into the fields items and they simply dont show up.

Please advise as I doubt this is a bug and I have followed documentation but its quite cryptic.

For listing types, General> Schema Could you guide me through how to use this portion which says: You can use the bracket syntax to retrieve listing information.

Also under the same General Tab > Global listing type Could you give some detailed docs to explain on how to use this feature?

Pre Sale Question.. I’m ok with the main features and layout and would like to clarify the below points.

1. Is it possible to add Sub Categories to the main categories?

2. How the ”Featured Listing” pricing works. is it possible to add “Featured Item” as additional addon (same as promoted list works) after submit the listing?

3. Is it possible to change the pricing in yearly basis. Eg : 1 Year Subscription – USD 10, 2 Year Subscription – USD 18, 3 Year Subscription – USD 25

4. Is it possible to add watermark for Gallery photographs?

5. Is it possible to add Custom Fields as “Services Offered” to allow User to add the services for a business details?

6. Is there any way to make the Renewal Reminder sent via SMS and Email?

7. Is only one Design available for Listing full details page.

Can I set different price of package or promotion product by listing types?

Ex. ‘Car’ type listing package is $10/$20/$30. ‘Job’ type listing package is $5/$15/$25

Is it possible to have a listing be tied to 2 listing types?

Is it possible that a paid listing becomes a free listing if the owner decides to not renew the subscription, instead of disappearing from the directory?

Is it possible to have the filtering options above the search results horizontally instead of vertically on the side?

I have made a fresh install of WP and installed the parent theme, child theme and imported the demo content. The visual looks ok, but all links are going to an error page/cannot be found.

Hi! Great theme! I’d like buy it, but firstly ask some questions: 1) Could I made hidden places in category based on membership? I.e. basicly hidden places has “black card” or screensaver. In case you are member that card of place become like normal card with description. 2) Could I do functionality “Search as I move the map”? 3) Could favorites be shown in filtered categories? Imagine I have the membership and I can do my private favorites, if no I can’t.

Or may be I need buy some special plugin for it?
