Rs framework plugin has a issue, and importing demo is very slow
For speed optimization please use your own images for demo purposes we have used all PNG images. Also use any good cache plugin that will help you to more reduce loading time

Hi, I have issues after hitting demo importer, which says “failed to import elementor-16782-2020-12-29.json_.txt” (media), on the bottom also it says The demo import has finished but there were some import errors. =>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Everytime I change something on the theme options like logos etc, it can’t be save because there will be an error message after hitting save.

The problem seems like from the Redux plugin that is required to be installed before your theme. The theme can’t be use because the Redux has error on it.
I tried to email the support and even message the developers in skype, seems like no one can answer me. I saw the author replying other comments minutes ago instead.
We got more comments and replying one by one please don’t think wrong. Your given comment and email wasn’t our working hours. Can you try to check your server PHP version – latest one or not. My bad, I was just a bit upset of trying to resolve the issue by downgrading the redux on different versions, doing 1 click demo upload then tried also manual upload then I have reinstall wordpress couple of time for fresh install and still wont work. Same error happen when I edit the Braintech Options and save. It wont save and will direct me to a page that says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Can you check your server setting please? our Recommended PHP Configuration Limits Many issues that you may run into such as: white screen,400 error, 500 error, demo content fails when importing, empty page content and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own using cpanel, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
Max_execution_time 300 Memory_limit 128M Post_max_size 54M Upload_max_filesize 128M
I have change the server requirements already the first time I uploaded the theme.

I just checked you have been given bad rating. Please check documentation how to install. After downloading package from themeforest you have to extract first. From the extracted directory – braintech.zip you have to upload for installation. If still facing problem for installation try to send your site admin into our support email.
