Hello, We have an issue with IQITCOOKIELAW, in mobile’s devices when someone accept the cokiies and goes to an other page on the web and returns to homepage, the cokie law’s container shows again. I have PS 1.7.5.2 and the module version is 1.0.0. Which could be the problem?
when I add a background image in the header it does not appear everything works correctly when changing color, but not the images. Where do you think the problem comes from?
make sure there is no special characters or whitespaces in path to file and filename itself

Hi Marcin, the Instagram module has stopped working. I have also seen that the images are not shown in your demos. Do you know the reason?
its due instagram connection limit, you refresh your own site often and it block your ip for some amout of time, it should not happen in real usage by customers
anyway with future upgrade I will loo to integrated instagram feed using api to avoid connection limits

I have a few probs with this Theme. There is an issue with the demo content. 1st: full width of the Revslider does not set to full width, even though the index layout is set to full width. Maybe I’m missing something here. 2nd: demo products are not set. Which is not a big issue, just to let you know

Is it possible to set infinity scroll to load next page only after click a button? If it loads automatically and in category it’s like 200 products, it’s not possible to scroll to the footer, before all products are loaded

I know that the support has expired, we started designing the web several months after purchasing the theme. I would appreciate if you could attend me.
We are renewing our website with new design with your amazing theme.
I want to add a text on header, next to the search box, at right side, and moove search box to the left side.
I know that there is an option in IqitThemEeditor to dispay only search icon (Header style2) and add content at the center, but i want to display full search box, not only the icon.
I have also tried with contentonhooks but there isn’t any hook that place content next to search box.
Please, how can i do?

When you enable multi store, the IqitHtmlBanner is only displaying things in system fonts and not in the google fonts selected in the themeeditor. The default shop inherits the fonts and colors of links from the themeeditor, but if you switch to a 2nd multistore, it only shows in system fonts. The modules position is in all the same places as the default store. Source code of the html banner is also copied and identical. Thanks
make sure you saved themeditor configiration for second store so css is generated
you can also export from store no.1 and import in store no2
Imported from store 1 and did save themeeditor numerous times, it only happens with this module. Checked module positions as well. Anything else i can check? Currently i have to manually put the font type in the source code each.

Hi. I’m on 4.4.1 and i can’t access to IqitThemeEditor/Live editor/ (Attempted to call an undefined method named “getCheckoutPageForm” of class “IqitThemeEditorForm”. Did you mean to call “getCategoryPageForm”? Since i clicked on the live editor i no longer see my product descriptions and product details, reviews on front. Any help?
You need to redoo upgrade, make sure you use correct upgrade package and you perform update action on modules make also suer you upload them in correct paths

error you have is caused by not updated files. some files are from newer therme version some from older, redo all updates and make sure all files are ovveriden if you want me to check contact by support platform https://iqitcommerce.ticksy.com/

what theme and prestashop version you use exatly?
Prestashop 1.7.6.3 & Theme version 4.1.9
ok, so it is becosu eyou use incompatible version
for ps 1.7.6.3 you need theme 4.3.5,
but the best if you upgrade ps t o 1.7.6.9 and them to 4.3.7
or ps to1.7.7 and theme to 4.4.1
