Hi, When I confirm order, it ask me to confirm againg (message appear: https://prnt.sc/wahs1n) when I use Journal Checkout page. I did try with default checkout page it does not ask any message. How can I remove this popup confirm message?

I have updated my website to the last version 3.1.5 and after update the client can’t checkout with journal checkout so I have reinstall opencart with version 3.0.3.6 and journal with version 3.1.5 and restore my database and copy the image folder but the problem is not resolved

Hi, a custom menu in the header container is not possible, unfortunately, nighter headers (other than the 4 included). You can just place a Links Menu module in the layouts in the top position, but you’ll have to file a ticket on our support page and consult with our developers.

Hi, you need to use a different header module. Each header module offers a different layout and set of options.

Hi, that will be whatever the image dimensions and crop factor you have set in Journal > Skins > Edit > Image Dimensions > Product Zoom & Gallery…
A “Fill” crop factor will cut the image to fit the proportions (in that case square).

Hi, If I put it auto, an error message appears in the header. It should be auto, so that any image in any format appears in the original format The dimensions were copied from the theme journal 1000×1000. Do you know what is the best configuration? Now, I put 1778×1000 and fit.

Hi, auto doesn’t work in Journal > Skin > Image Dimensions (it works in Journal > Modules only), you must input both width and height there.
