I love your theme. My site has two languages and everything is already done in terms onf setting it up with menus and so on. The sub title, I can’t seem to find a widget so I can add it there, http://prntscr.com/wb6rfj Bottomline when I switch language I need to be able to change the message just like your demo.

Hi, i cannot import demo, showing error “Request Timeout This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.”
I changed the settings, like upload time, execution time, maximum upload size everything on the PHP settings, but still showing this error, then contacted my hosting provider, what he saying that the importing site firewall is blocking the request from our server. My ip address is 86.99.44.32. Please check your logs and your firewall and let me know the update,

Don’t buy this theme. The support sucks, the plugin theme has errors, the author pretends that is dumb and doesn’t solve the problems of the theme. Keep saying that the theme has no problem and It doesn’t work. I lost 3 months trying to solve with them a problem on the plugin Megatron Framework and I had 0 support. I sent a vídeo showing the theme errors and he still said that could not see the error. The worst theme I ever bought.

I’m having problems with the plugin “Megatron Framework”. When I turn it on appears an error, the pictures on media stop loading, when I’m using the website after an action it redirects to a white screen. I have to press f5 or return to wp admin to continue using the website. Do you still support this theme, can you fix your own plugin or not?

Hi, I update wordpress version to 5.2.2 and the bakery builder doesn’t work. I can’t build or lay pages with visual builder with the theme. Sorry for the confusion, I don’t have problem in drop down menu, I have problem on main menu. On mobile when i click one of the main menu it don’t close automatically and i have to click the page outside the menu before it will close the menu. Is there any way that the main menu in mobile will close after i click one of the main menu without clicking the page? Thanks for any reply.

Hello! I used to work with your template before. I still have template files. But now it became necessary to use your template again and before buying the next license I wanted to make a demo version to check whether your template would suit me or not. Everything fits, but there is some mistake with. Tell me you have changed the approach to? Can I use the old version with the usual for me? I can take screenshots to the post office, in order to have a concept about what I’m talking about. I cannot give access to the demo version on my computer. But I need your guarantee that I can fix this before I buy the template.

We don’t change the approach to WPBakery Page Builde, I think what you are proposing is a compatibility issue with WP 5.0 and Woocommerce 3.5.3 .We had some changes and included in the updated version.
