@Mikado-Themes Hi, This is a post-sales question I did submit a ticket just now about this. The theme so far looks very clean; however, there are a few post cell issues. Having now correctly imported Would theme content and plugins, I see some problems. The demo content, images etc seem fine, but when I loaded up the pages within WordPress, they do not look like the demo that is on your preview pages. The slide doesn’t seem to have imported correctly, and overall it doesn’t look right are you able to look into this matter urgently.

I clearly see the specification thank you. I though it was an oversight… Why not Internet Explorer ? Millions of people are still using it. That’s too bad, I not gonna buy this theme. Thank you anyway.

Since IE is outdated and not being supported anymore by Microsoft some features not supported by the browser may create different effects or layouts, or some animations and rendering my look dull or different and that is, unfortunately, something that we are not in a position to fix.

I have imported theme “hatha”, Whole page is inside editor plugin instead of different sections. All the sections should be in different different section but here it all are just in one editor section.

The mandala animation is an SVG path which is included within the theme yes.

I got that one. And now I am in action. But have a problem with Revolution Slider. You wrote this to my first queston: “Yes, the theme comes with a Revolution slider bundled within the theme” But when in the revolution slider it says ‘Unregistred license key’ ? What to do?

You do not need to register the bundled plugin as it is licensed by us and will be updated always in every theme update release. The plugin will work perfectly fine and everything is well explained in the article we have provided you with.

Hello, I sent a support request and still haven’t heard back. I installed this theme and the demo content and most of the pages are broken.
I have been using another theme for years and decided for this project I would try something new. Its been a disaster.
I was hoping to wake up to the solution but still no response on the support and it looks like it has changed hands to a different tech.
The problem is, the content sections are running all the way down the page in a simple text box with no elementor widgets being used. A few of the pages seem to be correct and are using elementor but most of them aren’t. I have tried deleting the page and reinstalling just the single page again, but it does the exact same thing.
The install went fine with no errors or timeouts.
Please let me know when to expect a response. At the very least I should be able to install a theme and demo.

This is terrible. You have not answered my support request but you have answered my comment here and stated that it has been answered.
This will be three days now of requesting support I have paid for with no answer.
How do I request a refund?
Request was finally answered and my problem solved. So far all looks good. Thank you.
How do I cancel the refund? It will remove the license and I will now have a new problem

I sent a mail and you responded that you cant help me. I am VERY disappointed . This is just terrible.
All I ever wanted was support to help me which I had paid for. You have refunded me and now I don’t have that anymore. I tried every way to cancel the refund immediately after you finally helped me.
Now I am caught in a loop between you and envato instead of building my website. I am 1 week into this with no resolve just more problems.
I was one of the first people to buy this new theme and it was a disaster. All i have ever asked for is help.
I have done everything you have asked, i even changed my 1 star review to a 5 star one when you fixed the theme.
All I want is my license and I refuse to pay full price when i got it for this introductory price. Please sort this out.

Incorrect.
I asked for support and you told me I had already received an answer for my request. Which I didn’t.
So I initiated a refund.
After THAT you finally sent me an answer to my support ticket .
At this point I cancelled the refund, but you went ahead and processed it. So you solved my issue THEN issued a refund causing me to lose my license. That makes NO SENSE. All I wanted was my theme to work.
Its simply a misunderstanding. No one is right or wrong. We are humans and we are able to fix this by being kind to each other.
Anything else is someone having contest. I’m not interested in a contest. I’m interested in putting everything back to how it was and you guys being cool.
Please help me. This is publicly humiliating and you hold the key but you simply will not open the door.

Hello, I appreciate that but I’m not getting much help there either. They are telling me to just buy the theme again, but its double the cost now which simply isn’t fair.
Can somebody please see this for what it is and make it right. Its really sad that no one will look at this from my perspective.
I’m simply trying to make it right.
I ordered the theme at an introductory price because the them looked great. The demo didn’t install properly and i tried everything to fix myself. I reached out to support and got no response. I reached out to you here and you told me my issue had been resolved when it hadn’t. So it looked like I was getting NO HELP. At THIS point I asked for a refund. THEN I got my issue resolved. So I cancelled the refund. You went ahead and approved the refund even though you fixed my issue and the refund had been cancelled. Now I don’t have my license and the theme is double the price I paid for it.
If you cant see this for what it is then you really need to do some lessons in customer relations.
I simply want to do the right thing and pay the price I paid for my license and no one seems to be able to send me a payment method for that amount. Its so simple. Instead we have a CONSTANT back and forth with no resolve in sight.
Please make this right instead of telling me you cant do anything. This is YOUR theme, you must have some power here. I’ll send the money anywhere and anyway you like. I am totally flexible in my part of fixing this.
Once again this has resulted in me publicly begging you to get my serial back for the price i paid due to a simple error. I take full responsibility if i was quick in requesting a refund, but when i thought i wasn’t going to get support i panicked. You resolved that but then gave me a whole new problem. Its soul destroying that no one can find it in their heart to push few buttons to fix this.

1. Users can Login and have their profile?
2. In case i use the courses , if each course have specific downloads can the user see and access only the downlods of his course?
3. in courses, can i have discounts if the students are more than one for example or belong to a special category?
4. You support Woocommerce and woocommerce payments like Credit card? The beautiful layout will be the same?

1. We do not have any membership plugin included within the theme, unfortunately. The Hatha theme does not have any online course nor a membership plugin included within the theme. So speaking about 3rd party plugins we cannot really recommend any nor we can guaranty that the theme will work with any of those plugins as they have not been tested with the theme
2. & 3. The theme is using the Timetable schedule plugin and you can only list events, but there is no option to allow users to make purchases directly without creating packages over WooCommerce plugin which is also compatible with the theme.
4. As we mentioned above Events are only a list or more like a schedule, but they cannot be purchased out of the box. If you install WooCommerce, and then create each event as a virtual product you can add a purchase button to each event in order to allow users to purchase it. The theme is compatible with WooCommerce and their payment options are available.
