Would you please let me know how to update Layer Slider? It came bundled but when I try to find where to update it under bundled plugins it’s not there.
Hi, right now the latest version that we have included on Phlox is Layer Slider Version 6.9.2. and you can simply use the update section on Phlox dashboard to update to this version
Then that’s a problem. You know that 6.9.2 version of Layer Slider was released on Sep 3, 2019 right? Several other updates for LS have happened and you’re still on 6.9.2?!! Please let me know when you’re going to include the latest version of LS and other important plugins in a Phlox update.
I haven’t gotten another response from you. Are you still supporting this theme?
The 2 issues I have are 1) I can’t even find where to update Layer Slider plugin because when I go to your Theme, then Plugins, it’s not even listed. and 2) you say your latest version of LS is 6.9.2 and that is over 10 versions behind.
Hi there, please let me explain, Layer slider is not releasing the updates on Envato market normally, and that is why we could not put the updates on the time it released. By the way we troed to cover that in a different way and I hope from now, we could release the new versions of that.

hello by disabling the button to go back to the top of the page the one if it does not disappear do you have a solution?
Hi, there is an option to hide that go to top button if that is your question. You can find it under apperance / customize/ Extras/ Go to Top Button. also you can override it on a specefic page if you need.

Nothing works, tried to submit a support ticket through your website, and every time I got “Internal Server Error” message. Tried using different browsers, same error. Tried to create a new account, different from the Envato one, same … Email URL confirmation is not working.

Hi, I used the import demo, and was working.. then I changed to another theme and back to the phlox-pro and the CSS is like not loading.. Everything is working but the CSS is not the right one, I disabled the cache, I tryed to import again and says “Unistall” but I don’t want to miss everything. Any idea?

Hi again, I see so you were talking about using Elementor Pro Plugin without having that. I am sorry for the misunderstanding but there is no theme which can have Elementor Pro Plugin as a bundle plugin. It is now allowed by Elementor. Yes for sure we do have our own Elements and features which we have added to Elementor but that does not mean that we have Elementor Pro plugin bundle with Phlox.
As I said there is no theme on the market to have Elementor Pro plugin included. Once again sorry for misunderstanding

Hi, I’d like to make a suggestion/provide feedback as a customer. Most if not all of your templates are full width, without any padding on the sides. This leads to strange-looking layouts on smaller screens (i.e 1300px) where it almost feels to be too much content in a single screen. For example: https://demo.phlox.pro/interior-design/about-us/
Would you consider adding version with standard boxed layouts of 1300w or so?
