I am facing some issues after installing theme, but your team is not able to understand my issues even after sharing required information with them.
From last 3 days i am waiting for you to solve my issue but still issue is not solved.

They said that its issue from hosting provider, but i checked everything and found that if i disable your theme then everything works fine. So issue is in your theme.
Its very much urgent, please reply on priority because its too much delay from yourside.
Please just reply to the ticket, we are waiting for your response.
Gentlemen, if we can not work normally upon this family theme and its templates. You should not sell it. We have spent several hours to import and fix its issues. If you cannot support it, please, do not sell it!

Don’t forger Enabling Geocoding API as well as Maps Javascript API to the project in Google Cloud Console. Don’t forget to add Geocoding API to API key restrictions as well.

I wanted to update the theme from version 1.4.1 to 1.4.2 but that didn’t work. It says I should enter the purchase code. But I had already entered the code. Then I deactivated it again and now it no longer accepts my code. If I enter you nothing happens.

Hi, I contacted y’all starting 10/30 because I can’t create a ticket. Your tech support site does not recognize my purchase code, theme, or license key. Not only that, but I cannot update the theme through my admin because even though I can see that I am a licensed registered user, Insight Core says I need to enter my purchase code. Every time I try to update the theme, I get an error message saying, “An error occurred while updating Healsoul: Update package not available.”
I have contacted your tech support through email on numerous occasions, starting 10/30 or before to resolve this problem, and they never answer the question of how to resolve the issue. I paid for premium support, and I am not getting it. Will someone please help to resolve this issue?
