Hi. I am interested in buying Journal theme. I have two questions before I will proceed to bought. 1) Does the theme supports the latest opencart version, which is 3.0.3.6? 2) I will use two languages for the e-shop. Will I have problem in using two languages?

Menu lable is showing when we scroll down the website and it shows on sticky menu, i want to know where i have to move up the menu lable in sticky menu.
Hi, the menu label offset can be changed from the Menu Label style, however, there aren’t additional options for when the menu is sticky, please file a ticket on our support page and consult with our developers to see if they can help somehow.

Hi, this is not an issue, it’s a feature request since the option does not exist in Journal at the moment.
We haven’t gotten around it yet but we will look into it, however I don’t have an exact timeline.

Hi, that arrow is not a bottom menu, it’s the scroll to top feature from Journal > Skins > Edit > Global > Scroll to Top.
Bottom menu module needs to be added to a layout like Home in Journal > Layouts > Home > Special Modules – All Layouts (top right corner) See 2a here https://docs.journal-theme.com/docs/layouts/layouts/

Hi, at this particular time we don’t have a discount in place, unfortunately, but the price is down from a high of 69 (which may go up to in the near future). Also, this is a framework, not just a theme, it comes with hundreds of dollars of bundled features you can’t find anywhere else (not even separate to put together).

Hi, thank you but unfortunately partial demo import is not currently possible, you’d have to manually recreate the header/slider part from demo 2 in demo 3 (or any other).

Hello, Happy New Year !. I would likie to see my main menu (not mobile menu) dispay on my website when im using a tablet. the tablet is 2732×2048, i thought the mobile menu only kikcs in around 1028 ? can yuou advise please Thanks
Happy new year! The mobile header kicks in automatically below 1024 screen width. You tablet falls below that width (regardless of your retina resolution – that’s just density but still using actual size of less than 1024).

Hi, I noticed that there are two emails that are sent for every order to both admin and customer. Both of them are receiving two numbers of same email. However, on order update, only one email is sent to the customer. Please help. OC Version is 3.0.3.2.
An update: I tried other checkout plugin and it is sending only one email. Seems like some issue with journal checkout.
Hi, this may not be something theme related since emails are sent by Opencart platform, please check if everything works fine when using the default Opencart theme first.

Just wondering, As i created another product page style ( pre-order ) but i spent days to assign it ( New Product Page Style ) to a certain category/product but can’t find it in layout style over ride and also not mentioned in any documentation – any tutorials here how to assign new product page style !!

Hi, unfortunately the product page style can only be added globally in the skin, this does not work per layout like some of the other style overrides. So currently there isn’t a way to apply different product page styles on different layouts.

Hi, currently this is not possible as Opencart doesn’t have support for current page menus (except certain category pages) so since the main menu is custom built and can have any sort of custom menu item there isn’t a way to have it active per page.
