Is there another way to import this theme because it wont allow me to do it from the back it says loading content and it gets to a certain percentage and stops each time and I waited a full hour and it never moved.
I made sure to meet the theme requirements but still no solution to it.

Hi, I’ve a presales questions, and I got a little confused since this theme titled as mixtape but in the description it says about zenith theme. my questions are, 1. I’m developing a podcast website (the audio files is hosted on spotify), can I use this theme to show player and episode list? 2. I’d like to make the top menu into something like this (menu1-menu2-LOGO-menu3-menu4) can I do that with this theme?

1. Yes, you can easily embed a Spotify list with the Audio Playlist shortcode: https://www.screencast.com/t/xyOHdK3ji .
2. You can see all our header types presented on our demo website as well as read more about it in our theme documentation. So there is unfortunately not a centered logo header type within our theme options.

I have a question before buying: is it possible to have social media icons in the top menu navigation as well? I don’t see that in any of the examples and having the links on top would be important for me (without having to use a plugin).

I hope you can help me, there was a bug without changing anything. Perhaps this is already known to you.
On my homepage, I have the “Video button” component that normally shows a popup from a youtube video. Now I only see a dark overlay with a close icon.
Has something changed in your theme that stops it from working? I hope you can help me to fix this without buying a support license again

Revolution slider wouldn’t update with the new theme file, so I tried doing it manually. When I do it, I get this message:

On this theme if a person wants to buy a track will it allow them to buy it from the website where they can pay then download the record? instead of sending them to itunes ?

What do I need to do to have ‘latest blog posts’ on my main page (‘Main Home’) to look like on ‘Blog-Metro’ from your website? None of the ‘Blog List’ feature seems to give such effect (squares/rectangles closely stacked one next to the other in 4 columns?

I have got a message that you have updated this theme, if i access the themeforest page, i can download the files, but that is the 1.8 version, and not the newest 1.9 one. Can you please send me a direct download of the 1.9 version?

Thanks for taking an interest! You can play audio and video file formats like in any WordPress theme https://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/ but live streaming isn’t available in Mixtape theme, and in order to achieve this you will need to search for some 3rd party plugins.

I have recently updated my website with your latest Mixtape release. I use a WP Child theme. Everything was okay after the update, except having to manually update Revolution Slider, which is now done, and getting a Deprecated function..message on all article pages. I am not sure if this is coming from one of the plugins or something is broken in the theme update.
This is the message that I get:

It was recently updated by my hosting provider to the latest PHP version 7.4
Here is what it says exactly in the website’s health >> PHP version- 7.4.12 (Supports 64bit values)

I figured out where the problem lies. WP adds Magic Quotes which from my understanding are now deprecated with the latest PHP version and that is why we get the error message. Not sure if I should look into disabling the Magic Quotes and if that will harm my website.
If this is something you can advise on, I will send a ticket.

Hi, lovely theme. Are there any limits to the music file size? And what file types are supported? Mp3, Wav, Flac? I usually have 1 hour songs each between 100 – 1000 mb – is this possible?

I cannot activate the theme it says “Please wait..” I tried both things here – https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008419897-How-To-Fix-The-Please-Wait-Error-During-Registration-Process . I tried after deactivating all plugins. Same result. The browser catches a script error of “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘purchase_code’ of undefined”
