hi, im trying to use one of the module templates from Slider Revolution but it says that i cant install it unless i have a license key. i thought the template came with Slider Revolution fully activated.
Since you are an indirect purchaser of the premium plugin, you cannot receive and license key for the plugin itself. These are the rules on Envato, it is not something that we can change.
But you have the full rights to use the premium plugins included in the theme package (we’ve already paid extended plugins licenses to be able to distribute them for free to our customers) and you can update the premium plugins with the theme. Each new theme version comes with an upgraded version of WPBakery and Slider Revolution. If you need a certain template, please let me know and I can send it to you.

Hi, Both options were implemented for WPBakery version of the widget. I strongly recommend you to use the new Elementor widgets instead, that offer more customization options. If something is missing, just let us know and I will extend the existing widget options. The second option is available for the slide music player Elementor widget. Let me know if something is not clear.
i think we have to enable the elementor widget first right? under the Elementor -> General -> Post types
also, the thing is that all of our pages are currently made with WPBakery, if we do the switch and start using Elementor for editing pages that were originally created with WPBaker, do you think that might cause and issue with the code or would be have to create the page all over again ?
If you want to switch to Elementor, you just need to create new pages based on Elementor page builder, to replace the old ones created with WPBakery. You don’t need to change the settings in Elementor, just make sure that for new Elementor pages you are using the proper page template (Elementor Template for Slide Theme) and just choose “Edit with Elementor” option. Let me know if something is not clear!

My web host has supposedly hidden my database and a variety of other attempts, we’ve changed hosting password and user password, yet at some point my website defaults back to a new installation upon site visit. Hey! Very sorry for the delay. My webhosting was completely mauled by hackers, forcing me to change to a (better) webhost and starting my website over since it was so badly hacked.

Hi, most probably the importer process was killed by the server due to limited memory size or time limit settings. Please try to run the importer again and let me know how it works.
I think it’s timing out. I tried again today. The process just seems to sit there for a bit too long before I get the progress overlay page. HELP!
I got everything sorted out. The database was intact just having to reattach some images. All good.

It seems that using the short version for YouTube video URL no longer works. Regarding video embed on site front page. I noticed this back in December.

Hi, if you are talking about the video button widget that you are using on the front page, I have tested with both short and normal URL form and it seems to be working fine on my environment. On your website, it looks like the unique video ID is not present in the generated iframe code. Are you using Elementor or WPBakery version of the widget?
For multiday events … (ex.. 1-30 gen) on 2 gen the events was set like past and hide from the widget next events.

Hi, regarding the two features request, unfortunately they were not yet implemented, but I’ve moved both on top on the TODO list for the next update. Regarding your question, you can add an image slider on the top of your homepage, you can simply edit the default slider and add one or more slides to it, or you can create new one. Regarding standard post categories, at this moment you can only add them to de main menu. Another solution would be to create a new page based on WPBakery or Elementor and to add categories manually on top of the page, then to use the blog layout widget.
do u have an eta when those feature will be added? also, do u have a video tutorial u may recommend on how to use the image slider feature?

Hi, the slider revolution can be added to the page using WPBakery or Elementor, depending on your preference. Slide is now compatible with both page builder editors. Since I have just released a theme update, the next update will probably be released on a couple of weeks. Please let me know if something is not clear.

You don’t need to change a setting for this new option to work, just make sure that you clear your browser cache. Let me know about the result!
found the issue, the download link waz the same color of the background so this why i couldn’t see it. lol im gonna have to remember where to go to change that link color. thank u

Why did you make Elementor the page builder for this theme? I don’t like Elementor and was perfectly okay with WP Bakery.
Is this something I should worry about? I don’t like the “Slide Music Core” requires “Elementor” to be installed and activated” notice permanently on my dashboard.
Hi, The theme is still compatible with WPBakery. If you don’t want to use Elementor, you can still use the WPBakery widgets and you can ignore the Elementor installation. Please let me know if something is not clear.

May I suggest that you keep the images in your audio player square? Album covers are cropped vertically which requires one to create a custom version of the cover just for the player. Thank you.
