Hi. We allow users to register and add listings or you can make the site as single owner style.
When users add listings, and these are published, they can add ical feeds in Calandar of each property to sync availability with other platforms that support ical.
As admin you can ask a deposit which needs to be paid before booking is confirmed. Money goes to admin and it is deducted from total booking value.

Hi, many months ago a friend asked about the hourly booking layout. That thing is is so bad designed…We have been using another theme for months now and sometimes we come back here to see if any update changing that goddamn thing was released. Unfortunately we are always met with the unhappy realisation that the layout will probably be like that forever and we will never be able to use your theme. I understand that not many people use the hourly theme but I believe many people go with another competitor’s theme just because of that abhorent design (your theme is 99% perfect, it’s so beautiful…) but that one percent is so atrocious that we can’t purchase it. Seriously, I would purchase it in a beating heart if that thing changed. Anyway… The theme doesn’t have 5 stars for nothing, you guys totally deserved. If… (a big IF) someday you guys add a new update for the monstrosity, can you reply to this comment ❤️? I’ll certainly get it. Thank you, merry christmas and happy new year.

The hourly calendar script we have chosen was the only solution to support custom prices and all the other features we have integrated with this solution at that moment. The script itself offers the selection method. The integration with price management (standard and custom price), booking system, ical management, and so o were coded by our team.
The script end manages select with drag and drop. I have to mention it is a popular script as it works now too. We keep on our list the suggestion to improve the hourly UX, but our best option is for the developer to release an update to its script and offer another select option which we would update in the theme too.

I do not understand the comment about last update not uploaded. If you updated the theme and cannot see the fix, make sure you clear browser cache as that tricks you.

Owners can see bookings made for their listings and use ical feed so each property booking calendar availability gets synced with other platforms bookings.

Does the theme support a book now pay later option?
Hi Will, Deposit paid to admin is mandatory if it is set by admin with a value different than 0.
Remaining balance goes to admin as well, but payment for this 2nd part is optional. I can be paid later or or not at all.

Hey, I have recently updated my theme to the newest version 3.1. First, this theme is very good. I would like to funnel all the forms to a single place. I usually use form vibes plugin but he doesn’t support your forms. and i can’t replace your default form with another form like WPforms or contact forms 7.

We only use our theme contact form for these features. And our theme contact form ensures messages go to each owner.
if you plan to us the theme as single owner, I assume you could add any contact as widget to property and then connect that plugin to a compatible crm style extension, including Contact Form 7.
But if you need messages to go to different owner, only the theme form could work or you would need to plan custom development to integrate another plugin. I was wondering because my use case is a little different: instead of owning the rental equipment myself, it is owned by a third party and I only aim to manage their logistics. So instead of one pool for every piece of hardware, I need a hardware-pool for each account/customer that I aim to manage. And the customers employees should only be able to book the hardware that’s in their company pool. Is this possible with your theme?

Hi jldv, I double checked the calendar script and they still use drag and drop for both desktop and mobiles.
The connection between the calendar and the options we support is coded (for prices and custom prices). Any new calendar solution requires a complex recoding, if the calendar can support the same options as we offer.
We can share the script details and basic directions for theme end code, but I do not know what you wish to change and if these info will help. We will share everything we can in support though. Please let me know the ticket ID.

I disabled all plugins and after that the theme and plugins installed well, everything works! I’m worried when I turn on the old plugins that I need, problems will start!

Also, warnings are telling you are missing a setting for. You can disable the messages to show on the page, until we check the settings as well. You can install a plugin called Query Monitor to see the messages just as admin , or disable debug from wp-config.
