That should be a WordPress setting and it shouldn’t be related to a theme update. The theme and plugin editor can be enabled or disabled. Here’s how to do that: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38426864/wordpress-theme-editor-is-missing

Hi, I’m using this Theme and I’m very satisfied. Now, I think that the visitor prefers to use a search form instead a search Icon. How can I replace the search icon with a Search Form inside the Header or in the Top Bar Menu? Can you help me plz?

Happy to hear you’re satisfied with Shopkeeper, thank you for using it! I get what you mean and you’re not the first one asking. There’s no option at the current time to turn the icon into a field that would be open at all times, but we’re working on that. We will include it as a new header option with the following major update.

In shop page. I want remove ”option select/add to cart” its appear two time on my shop page, i need only when some one hover on the products , how remove it?
Hmm, it shouldn’t be showing twice, I am not sure why would that happen at your end. Probably a plugin adding some custom functionality there? The theme’s option for displaying the “add-to-cart” button at all times vs. when hovering only, can be found under Appearance > Customize > Shop.

We’ve updated to latest version of the theme recently and now mini cart product thumbnails no longer display. Is this expected? Is there a way to make this work?

Parallax as Category Header? I’m getting conflicting pages on this. Is there an easy way to have the background image on Category/Tag pages become parallax in nature?
In the 2016 update version, I see this: “New option that allows you to enable/disable the parallax effect on product category header images;”
But I can’t find that option anywhere

I translated everything I needed with Loco Translate, but for some reason I can’t find these.

Hi Adrian, they are under the product metadata (where SKU and product category are).
Hmmm, I don’t think that’s coming from the theme. Shopkeeper has two arrow icons for next/prev product, therefore that wouldn’t require translation. I can only think you may have some additional next/prev product links but I am not sure how they got there. Probably though a plugin?

2. Does it require any other paid plugins to function normal as store?
3. Does the client gets a download link after payment is succesfull?
4. What extensions can be used as digital product? I.e. PDF / JPG / MP4 ect.

Shopkeeper ecommerce functionality is handled by WooCommerce plugin. By default it has everything you need to start an online store. In the theme pack you will also fine some premium plugins like WP Bakery Builder, Revolution Slider and WooSwatches – Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Swatches. Also the demo content can be useful and a good starting point for any shop.

Hi, after shopkeeper theme update, my MY-ACCOUNT page is using a different layout (tabs in one row, and content in another row). What I used to have before was, Left Column tabs with icons, and right column text. Is there a way to set it back to old view? Thanks

We haven’t changed anything recently in My account template, I’m just guessing you have updated from a very old theme version, currently the theme is using the default WooCommerce template which is the one with the tabs in one row.
To customize any WooCommerce template is recommended to use a Child Theme. There are also some plugins out there that can be helpful.

I’m trying to convert the pages made with wpbakery with gutenberg blocks (in my head this should be more seo friendly) but when i put a product with the woocommerce block then the hover effect doesn’t works. There is a work-around to solve this? some further blocks plugin to install? thank you

Regretfully, for now, products blocks don’t have the WooCommerce templates and can’t inherit our custom templates. We are following closely the WooCommerce development and hopefully we will have the option to bring all the custom parts in these block in the near future.
