Hello I have a problem with the theme. I bought this theme 3 month ago. We finished the site on December and everything was working great. Our plan was to launch our site the second week of January 2021. But we realize suddenly on that week that the banners from the shop section weren’t showing on mobile. Everything is working great on the site but just that section is having problems without any logical explanation. I wonder if there’s a code or something like a plugging that suddenly makes all those movil changes disappear. As I told you the site was finished on December 2020 and everything was perfect. I really appreciate your help with this. THANKS!

Please try rebuilding permalinks

Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard. Go to Settings > Permalinks. Select an alternative permalinks structure -> Save Changes. ... Once done, change it back to your standard structure and hit Save Changes once again.

Hi – i love the look of this theme and have a few questions pre-sales:

Is it possible to remove the nav menu and footer on a per page basis and choose header type (logo left/logo centre etc) per page?

For example can i take off the nav menu and footer on just the coming soon page?

Can i set the header to have the logo in the center on just one page – homepage for example?

Yes it is possible to override any general theme setting on per post or per page basis. This includes header type and footer.

There are two premade menu layouts with the centered logo:

Keep in mind that in the second one currently there is a lot of icons in right widget area so they overlap with the last menu item on smaller screens. This is a matter of content, not the theme css.

Hello, congratulations for your template. I have two question before byuing: 1. How can I get sections from other demos? (the everest demo has 3 homepages can i easily take section from each other?) 2. When I install a demo it will be fixed as it is with all images? Thank you

If you wish to combine the sections from other demos, the best option is to import all needed demos in a WordPress multisite instance (onde demo per site in the network) and then use Bold Builder’s clipboard functionality to copy and paste sections from one site to another.

All demos come with all images, but keep in mind that the images are not licensed for third party production use. If you wish to use them on the final site, you will need to license them separately on shutterstock.

All demos are in separate XML files and you need to import them independently. You can use different parts of them to assemble the site by using clipboard functionality of Bold Builder but you will have to import them in separate WordPress instances or as different sites in a WordPress multisite instance.

Related to the logo, here is how the Setting generally work

The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default. This goes to logo setting on Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel

On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.

You probably have logo related override set on the home page, and it points to non existing file. Please remove all logo related entries from Override Global Settings on the pages with the issue.
