Been running the theme for several years and all has been well. However, I hadn’t updated the theme in almost a year, so I did that today, updating to the latest version (2.3.3 on WordPress 5.6). Apart from some CSS text issues, it all seems to be running OK—except that the client login mechanism on the home page doesn’t work (when I try to log in as a site client, the login widget at the bottom of the modal form just spins and spins). If I invoke the browser tools via F12, I can see that after login form submission, about five seconds later I get a Post 500 error (Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ’<’). My test site is located at https://www.staging2.thefrugalbroker.com – can you help?

Hi. I’m looking for a platform that allows an agent to list and pay for each property individually. I saw a previous comment from jimmyjam and your response where you say the pay per listing option has an expiry time. If this is the case and say it costs them $100 to list for 1 year, what happens at the end of the term? Does the Agent get notified and will there be an option for them to renew that specific listing?

Is there a subscription option as well?

I’ve been looking at other themes and there listing options are limited as they have no end date so their membership options is more suited but still has limitations. If a membership package needs to be upgraded as they have reached their limit, a new membership package doesn’t take into effect what they have already paid (assuming there is time remaining i.e. 6 months left on a 12 month package). Do you have more functionality?

Last thing. could you provide me with a full demo account so i can test before i buy as have brought 4 themes so far and none of them are up to the job.

Hi, I really liked the theme. And I would like to buy the theme. I just have a few questions.

1) When I search for a listing, and it gives me the list of listings, when I click on the “details” button. I would like it to open in a modal very similar to “preview”, but with more customized information. Is this possible to do? It is like to Zillow.

2) Can I add the draw tool to search in the search map? Or search by areas, similar to Zillow?

But there is no any manual or unstruction how to do that. This video is to old. It begins from uploading the file but it does not explain how to create this first file. So my questions, 1. Hi there, I bought this theme a long ago and to date I haven’t used the theme, however, I was thinking in using it in a project, but as I remember, the theme had the option to see a carousel of the photos of any given property in the main page, so one person can navigate different properties with their photos in the main page, and then decide to click on the interested ones, so people can optimice time in searching a property, is there no more this function?

Hi, i do have several issues with the site. i made a child theme, so i can do update without have all of my site ruined. like this i always have to check again and doing new support. register is not possible, the search bar will show up randomly, etc. can you please help here, how to avoid this in future?

I tried to update the theme, I have a child theme, but it still breaks my site so if all I need to do is update plugins it seems it doesn’t break my site, but I don’t know if updating the other files is a must

Hello, I don’t see WP Bakery Builder update in the plugins folder of updated theme like it says it would be in other comments. I wan’t to keep using that builder, not elementor and I can’t find the update in the files.

How can’t target and show properties to people in different locations? How to geo target property owners in different countries and show them to users in those specific countries only? Also how will this show in the homepage? Thanks
