Hi, I Updated the theme fromv3.6.3 to latest 3.8.1. PHP compatibility is not fixed, and icons have gone. I can only use php7.1. anything higher will cause errors.

You can edit home page (click on classic mode and find all appearances of [icon and [/icon] shortcode. Another option is to remove icon shortcode and add once more.

I know that my support expired a few days before, but suddenly on Homepage the logo changed and bring your demo logo “Accounting” (http://anpsthemes.com/accounting-demo-3/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/logo-primaryV6.png). My logo is ok on all other pages. Why? Any thoughts? How can i fix that?

Since a recent wordpress update, I noticed my page text showing icon shortcodes along with the regular text. How can I fix this? The code that is showing is as follows:

Only the icon, title, subtitle and paragraph text should be showing and the shortcode syntax should be hidden to the viewer. Many thanks.

After installing it, I noticed that the text from the slider does not appear on a mobile device. Specifically, it appears very briefly and disappears immediately. It only remains to see the picture. I checked all the settings and they are fine. All visibility options are checked and turned on, the text correctly placed in place with the correct color, font and size. I noticed that “Slider Revolution” is noted as an unregistered plugin. Is that the problem? How do I solve it? Thank you in advance.

I use the theme for 2 years now and is the first time that i try to update the theme. I am getting errors and the website went down. Is there any issue with wordpress compatibility ? i am using 5.5.3 with PHP 7.4.8 on my local machine. I have already check the requirements and its fine. Also note that i need just to update the theme either automatically or manually.
I have already try to rename the old theme Accounting to AccountingOld and try to upload the latest version as new.

Dear Anps thank you for the quick reply. Please note that i have the plugin installed. in order to extend my support first i need to make sure that the theme works correctly and the updates are easy to installed with no issues such us critical error..
Then please update plugin to the latest version. These errors mean that new files (which we needed to move from theme to plugin) are not existing in a plugin.

After upgrade Worpdpress and new Gutenberg Editor the feature of Adding Sidebars box under content in Pages and Posts is missing. Theme Documentation is not update from 2015. How I can edit old post Sidebars or add left or right Sidebar on new post now?

Of course theme and anps_theme_plugin was updated. But in post is no feature to edit Sidebars.
Hello Again! I tried new fresh instalation on subdomain. The Issue was not in me. The same situation – No sidebars options in Gutenbers Editor. I can edit Sidebars Options in Pages with WPBakery but is not imposible to edit in Posts. This is Missing Functionality! Please Fix it!
Why are there always so many problems with your theme after updating? I advise you to pay attention to the quality of your product.

Hi, regarding wp bakery beeing imposible to edit in posts. Did you activate it for posts. You can do that in WPBakery PAge Builder – Role manager, under post types choose custom and set were do you wnat wp bakery to have control.We do recommend WP bakery instead of Gutenberg Editor. I purchased this theme, and have since updated to the latest Wordpress. I have been having issues with Visual Composer, where when I go to edit a page in the front-end editor, any existing textblocks with content, is deleted and defaulted to the “this is a textblock…..”.
If re-add the content, and hit update, the whole page with a text block will delete all of the content, and revert back to its original default text when adding a text block in the first place.
Is this issue because I do not have a license directly with Visual Composer? I bought teh theme and all plugin licenses came from the theme. Please advise how to fix this issue as it is a big bug causing my site to lose content and updating content is extremely difficult.

I purchased the theme, and the extended support, when I log into the ticketing system, on https://anpsthemes.freshdesk.com, I go to create a ticket (while logged in), and when I hit submit ticket, it forces me to log in again, even when I am already logged in?
Hmmm, interesting, did you manage to submit a ticket once you log back in?
It is on a continious loop. When I fill in form while logged in again, it prompts me to log in, again, keeps going in a loop.

Hi Evanto API has auto upgraded my theme to the latest 3.6.4. After the update my site crashed and my hosting provider mentioned that the theme is not compatible with WP version. I have to revert it back to old version to make work. Please advise in future should I upgrade to the new version or not.Shall disconnect Evanto to avoid auto updates?
