there can be different reasons, why this can fail. These are the most common ones:
Please deactivate all third party plugin which do not belong to the theme? Especially Coming Soon / Maintenance Mode Plugins.
If you are on WordPress.com hosting plan, make sure the website is public during the installation process. This can be found inside the Site Settings at WordPress.com
Visit Brooklyn > Server Health and make sure all values are green and you are running a recent PHP Version on the Server, such as 7.2 or 7.3
Visit Settings > Media and make the option “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” is activated. If it was not activated, go to “Media” and delete the Installation files already downloaded and delete them. Means demo_.txt / demo_.xml
If your site is running with SSL make sure the protocol has been added to Settings > General: WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)
If none of these help. Please open a thread here: https://helpdesk.unitedthemes.com/index.php/Board/37-Not-For-Regular-Support-And-Not-For-Customizations/ – you can post there without an active support status and we will check your installation.

while you are only allowed to use 1 license for 1 domain / installation the installer should still work. Besides than that, please purchase a license if you are going to use the theme again.

We are developing the site on our test server then move it to actual server, how do i update the license details fro one server to another?

you need to deactivate the local registration on the same admin page where you activated it, and then you can use the license on the live server.

I assume you are talking about WordPress.com Hosting – this is an independent platform and is different to WordPress.org – We highly recommend reading this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/self-hosted-wordpress-org-vs-free-wordpress-com-infograph/ to understand the difference and also to determine which one works better for you and your project. At WordPress.com you need at least the business account since all smaller packages do not support a theme upload. With 25$ a month this is already “expensive” in comparison to other hosting providers.

No that’s not possible. Having sound is restricted by browser and device policies. But using video hero on different templates is possible.

Hi, Just bought your theme, and one of the biggest reaseons for me to buy this theme, was the icons with draw animation, but when I eneable them in the page builder they are not visible, when I turn off the drwaing effect they become visible, can you help me with this? Hi, I purchased a license for the theme and installed it on local off line to do some testing. I then removed the theme from this directory and did a new install, off line again. However, when inputting my purchase code the Brooklyn admin panel is saying that the license code is invalid (”License already registered with different server.”). Here is my last 5 digits of the license: ebb92 Txs

next time before removing the local installation make a deregister on the same page where you registered it You should be able to use the license again now.
