Hello, I’m trying to follow the fix for “BM Page builder does not work – cannot drag-and-drop module” because I can no longer add photos to my posts easily. Although, when I download “All files & documentation” air-theme.zip is not included. What am I missing?

It is caused by the WordPress 5.9 update. Please update both Arnold theme(1.8.6.2) and BM page builder plugin(1.1.9.1) to fix it. Learn how to update Arnold WordPress version 1.x.
Note: Please do NOT update to version 2.

Hi, I recently upgraded to Arnold 2, but it doesn’t seem to quite finish importing demos, regardless of which option I choose.
I’ve removed and reinstalled it a few times with slightly different results each time (sometimes it would import more, sometimes less, if that makes sense).
I only had the recommended plugin active when importing. Any ideas on how to make it import correctly?

After the update, I really don’t know why every edition in my Portfolio’s entries generates a new entry in the DB. I’m having around +19k elements in the wp_metapost table. Also, the new Module CB is not sensing at all.
Why did you think this could be a good idea? It makes the DB heavy for no reason.
Lastly, creating a custom-made page is not as easy as the last update, the logic of creation is more complex now.
I used to love this theme, not anymore.

The new builder is actually very flexible for creating different layouts. But you also reminded me that I do have some problems to improve, such as lack of tips and so on. We will continue to improve and optimize it. The DB has not almost affect speed, because the current environmental software system is already very powerful. You could also use some cache plugins to improve performance.

The demo9 is created by Arnold theme and WooCommerce, the irregular home page is created by Masonry Grid module of Arnold theme, it is possible to create standard product grid list also.

That’s for sure but I have already over 200 portfolio items and some pages and posts and I’d rather to re-arrange than make them again. However, sometimes the types mismatch (pages, posts, portfolio items) and I lost them once when I was switching to other template. I’d like also if the blog posts could stay a different type to portfolio items (that I could not see viewing Your demo). Regards
Hi, I just bought the theme. However, when importing demo data I have errors: using automated “Import demo data” the browser waits/hangs for a very long time. When using attached 5-7.xml file and “Import my saved settings” I have a list of errors, for example: Failed to import product_visibility exclude-from-catalog Failed to import “20161109-050200-110”: Invalid post type modules. The whole list is pretty long. How can I finish importing? Kind regards

Could you please wait several days? Arnold version 2 will be released. I suggest you directly use the version 2. It is a major update. It will affect the content what was built by version 1. So the better solution is that to build content with the version 2.

I’m loving your template but I can’t find a way to insert a gallery in Classic Mode in Posts.
What I want to do is having a photo gallery using Classic Mode within a particular post. I tried to use SLIDER in the Page Builder but it is not what I want to do.
Any ideas?

Great theme, a little tricky to use at first, but displays my work really well. Is there anyway to get the Gallery Setting to accept my .GIF file format images? I can upload them to my Media, but Arnold theme will not allow me to add them to my post gallery. What gives?!

Hello! I was having an issue getting my post gallery to insert an animated GIF image into the media bank. I re-exported it at a bit smaller size and that worked! There must be a file size limit? I was able to upload it to my Wordpress Media but the theme refused to insert it into my gallery style post, that is, until I created a completely new GIF as a bit smaller file size. Original file that wasn’t working was only around 2MB, though. This new one that IS working is a little over 1MB.

Hi, I am having issues at finding theme number 3. I have installed the theme went to All pages on Wordpress, I have found the rest of the themes but when I select number 3 and view it, it appears as an empty page with only the menu. I have tried to edit the page and select few options to make it look like the sample but with no success. Is there a way you can help me?

Hi I updated the theme to the new one and now everything on my website has gone with the new Wordpress install as well. It’s bizarre as the settings are the same, but for instance my masonry portfolio page doesn’t show on home. Please help… this is far from ideal…

I did manage to reset it then. I am having the same issue again since importing demo data. So I have reinstalled the latest version Version: 1.8.6, but again it isn’t displaying my portfolio posts anymore.
Is there a new issue with the latest Wordpress version 5.7 that’s causing it?

I have been able to resolve this. However one glitch I couldn’t resolve with the new WP is that it doesn’t display text underneath images anymore. The only option that works is the text on mouse-over on image.
I’d be grateful to know what the issue here is with the new WP.
Sorry I won’t be purchasing support for an issue as such, as my website has been working perfectly fine and a Wordpress update should not cause this. Granted it could still be me, but I am out of my latin which setting to select to get it back as it was before.

I didn’t find the issue on the homepage.
Please add the custom CSS to fix research-projects page, it’s a color issue:.grid-item-con-text-tit-shown .grid-item-tit {

}On home I had the other option activated, so you could see the difference between home and research.
This fix is the right one, I am not sure what happened there. I couldn’t see an override of this anywhere.
