Hi, I tried 3 times deleting and creating from scratch WordPress, theme and importing the demo I want and there is no way that the demo imports correctly https://agenciaontop.com/.
Troubleshooting plugins it seems the issue comes from pixfort core, this theme was working fine before the update but since the update or breaks the menu and part of the content if all plugins are active or if I deactivate pixfort core the menu looks fine again but the content disappears. Either pixfort core is not compatible with the update or is broken. Please help I don’t know what else to do. More than 24h on this trying everything with no luck

1. Is it possible to check out the my account page in the demos? I now have to login, but there is no demo user or demo password so I cannot access the my account page.

1. The theme demo showcases a custom login page (instead of default WordPress login page) which leads to WooCommerce default dashboard after logging in. However, if you are looking for custom accounts functionality in WooCommerce you need to install an external plugin depending on your needs.
2. You should be able to use external plugins normally.
3. The theme was not tested yet with Dokan plugin.

For inner pages, each you can import and use any inner page available in the theme with any demo, for the Bold demo there’s no specific inner pages for it, however, from the menu you can check the inner pages in the main Essentials demo, and you can import these inner pages or any inner page available in other demos (e.g. SEO inner pages) to Bold demo.For more information about Essentials Demo Content, you can check this article from our knowledge base:

Being now a week into using this theme i have only a couple questions.
1. For products Is there no standard option for zooming in on the product when hovered?
2. Is there no way to have a centred logo and main menu? You can seemingly add either/or to the middle of the three column (stack settings), however there is no way to put the menu either under the logo perfectly centre aligned or have the menu on either side of a centred logo which is pretty common in most themes.
3. Is there no way to change the font weight (700, 800, 900, etc) and other attributes that accompany fonts as opposed to just clicking “bold”?
I definitely wish there was a bit more control in a few areas, however i could be missing settings somewhere?

1. The product zoom option is a default zoom feature in WooCommerce plugin, if you want to disable it you can add this code snippet into your child theme function.php file:

2. Currently center logo layout is not available in our Header Builder, we will try to add it in the future updates.
3. You can customize theme fonts from the Theme options > Typography, where you can choose the font weight for the Normal and Bold text, in addition to other typography options.

You can install and activate the theme on a domain for development stage (for example localhost), and before moving to your production domain, you just need to deactivate your license from the staging domain (WordPress Panel > Essentials Dashboard > Deactivate theme), and once you moved your website to the production domain, you can reactivate the license from Essentials Dashboard in your production WordPress dashboard.

Currently uploading font files in the theme is not supported.
The theme supports using external fonts (for example Adobe fonts), the external font files should be included via a css file and you can add the css file URL in the Theme options (in the external font field).
As an example of a css file which includes and external font (from Adobe fonts):
