Hi, I can’t write a ticket from https://liquidthemes.freshdesk.com/support/tickets because of “Captcha verification failed, try again!” error

so let me write my question here: My website has requirement to change the menu if you visit certain pages. I decided to use “Conditional Menus” plugin since I can’t find the option from Liquid menu theme option page or from the Headers menu.

I set up the condition to change the menu item in Menu Location and apply it to some pages. However, the menu still display the same default menu like in other pages. I’ve tested this in default wp theme and the conditional menu works.

Is there some chance I can get this work in Ave theme? If I can’t what other option do I have to meet my requirement that Ave theme supported?

You can simply duplicate the header to select another menu in the settings. And then, you can assign the new header in the page options.

We couldn’t replicate the captcha error you mentioned. Could you please try the incognito mode? We’d be happy to assist you if you can submit a ticket.

I found a bug with the latest version of your ave-core plugin upon clicking on the paged numbers in posts, pages etc. Example: if you click on page number 2 it will throw this error in the console and the user is not redirected.

Hello, on mobile, product’s image gallery displaying as a grid. I have many images and on mobile it looks overwhelming.

How to make product images on mobile as a slider / course just scroll under main image? It supposed to work out of the box.

Firstly I couldn’t find your standard support form. But when I found it… there were too many required rows to be filled in.

So I decided to use ordinary email form. Other developers easily answer to such questions, though I didn’t buy anything from them. You didn’t answer (though I bought from you the Ave theme)

My questions were simple. I mentioned them briefly above. But okay, I’ll write it again, in more detail

1) can I use a local installation of WP on my home PC with Ave? Should I use the license key? 2) what should I do when I need to migrate my site to a real domain? 3) What should I do if I change my domains?

Will the licens key work in all those cases?

Let’s say I made a site about grapes, and then decided to delete it and make a site about wine (or tomatoes) on a different domain. Is it possible?

Can I use 7.3 or 7.4? Or will it interfere with the script or plugins?
