Thank you for lisfinity I think you have done tremendous work. I am tracking this theme for a project I will be starting soon and will happily purchase.
I do think you have set a bad precedent where users now demand updates every week.
I can’t think of any other development team in the world that promises updates every week even Apple or Microsoft or SAP do not promise this for software costing $1,000,000+!
And you have users in these comments paying $59 + 17.63 usd demanding instant support and weekly updates —— it is quite spectacular!
You could easily charge $179 and it would still be fantastic value for this theme, the quality is exceptional A++ keep going!

Comments and support like this are really making it worthwhile and it is really proving that we’re on a good path as we’re working hard to make the theme the best it can be and to provide the best possible support to our customers.
I understand what you’re saying but we think that at least in the first year of the product it is important to show that we’re listening to the requests of our customers and that we’re very serious to not make the Lisfinity just like any other theme but to make it the theme when it goes to Classified Ads market. The best way in our opinion is to make a statement with weekly releases for some time 
There are many great features and good changes on the way!

This is simply not true. We have all tickets and messages. The ticket you’re waiting is opened yesterday and we already answered you three times just today on it – 5 hours ago, 1 hour ago and now.
You have 7 tickets and the average response times for them are like this: 3 minutes, 3 minutes, 2 hours, 5 hours, 8 minutes, 13 minutes, 3 hours.
Please be a bit patient as those waiting times are honestly not big. It is a weekend and we’re a bit slower but I really think that you’re receiving great support and there’s no need to pressure us like this, really

Hello, I checked the live demo, and the currency symbol is misaligned with the price number on the product listings page. Could you please fix this as soon as possible? Misalignment details: the currency symbol ’$’ is floating up compared to the price number.

1) In the demo website, if you resize the map and scroll down the page, there is some empty space formed below the map, the listing column and the filters column. I don’t want this empty space, so how can I remove it?

2) On the listings archive page, when you scroll down the listings, the header is still present. Either the header is sticky, or the archive listings are in a ‘box’ (with a separate scroll). I want the header to go away when the user scrolls down (the same as eBay product archive page). How can I implement this?

Hello, I totally agree with niklavs91, infinity is only optimized for apple phones. For a little while I have been informed of an optimization problem on an android phone and the problem has never been corrected. My site has been on standby since that day! In addition I would like to specify that there is still a big problem of page configuration with elementor, especially when using another translation (FR)

I guess you meant Lisfinity. It is optimized for all phones, not just Apple for sure. If there’s an exact problem please report it on our support page as that can only lead to its resolution.

Ok ,... Just wondering : If im Facing problem with the RTL & LTR directions .. and Imm using licnsed WPML … to whom I should address the problem ? To you as theme author ? OR to WPML ? Please Advice … cause my Developer is trying to communicate with your theme support and he only get general answears like : ” On our installation, everything is controlled by WPML and it is automatically switching sides, no problem at all.” ..... Frankly this kind of answears will never help .

Bought the theme, but not downloading it as the mobile experience is garbage. Bought with the idea, that you will fix it on this update that’s coming out this week. If the mobile won’t be fixed in this weeks update, let me know – haven’t even downloaded it – will cancel the order.

This is my rate of this theme:
9.5 for desktop (Excelent) 5 for mobile. (Poor User Experience)
Hope they also go for the APP development of this theme since is the first thing that customers ask.

I need to make a multisite website when one of the languages is RTL and the other is LTR - the first problem is that the theme doesn’t detect the translated strings (i changed the language to Arabic and translated the string with the loco plugin and nothing changed ) - the point of automatically detecting the language so it will not change the direction depending on the user-selected language

So yes getting the no login to submit ads would be awesome especially for sites having it free for users to use. One thing is how do we customize the menu for mobile. Says Lisfinity social media and has my social media links. Can not find where to change that text or anything to do with the submit ad button changes. Any help with this end of things?
