As temporary fix, remove px from file /themes/oni/functions.php between line 2059 to 2062, 2091 to 2094 and 2118 to 2121. But I'm pretty sure it will be fixed in a next version.
Question to @GT3themes, is it possible to add EXIM information to the Lightbox popup? For example showing details like shutter speed, aperature, iso, date of photo taken and model camera? </div>

Hi there! 1. Yes, if you use webp files they will work fine. 2. It’s Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest. 3. It’s fully compatible with the latest Elementor free version. 4. Please note that it usually takes 2-3 hours to get a response but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours, it depnds on the number of tickets in the queue. On weekends the support is limited. Hi. I bought this theme and… this had never happened to me. When installing it, it asks me to activate it, but it won’t let me do it. On the other hand, in the Instructions it says that you have to press the “Import Demo Content” option, but this option does not appear for me. On the other hand, in Required Plugins it asks me to install Slider Revolution, but it won’t let me do it. It doesn’t let me create Image Gallery either, it doesn’t work. Is there anything in this topic that works well? Thank you very much, best regards.
Does anyone know how to edit the footer? Especially, the social media icons and to get rid of the Oni copyright? I have read through the documentation but this has to be the worst documentation I have ever seen for a theme. There is hardly any explanation or tutorial on how to do the majority of the things needed.

Is not problem with my knowledge or missconfiguration, I have try with ” fresh wordpress install” and ” no other plugins ” just wordpress and ONI theme, GT3 plugin with update, same … don’t work.

This is ” public answer ” .... Yes one answer with no help …. I buy a theme (2nd theme with GT3, John Black) and not working …. With totaly fresh install of wordpress, the bug his here …. I repeat, the template have bug with TOTALY NEW FRESH INSTALL wordpress and GT3 don’t help, Is not normal situation .... I have buy extension support i have use only 1 time, and now GT3 tell me buy for fix a bug in your product with fresh install, is not customisation or somthings like this … it’s realy not fair …. hi why your support not helpful and not replying on the emails? I did make the request (37015) and still no real solution to help speed of the theme!!
I send two speed test with plugin 12.4 sec loading time and plugins deactivated 1.5 sec on the same server same WP dashboard!!

I read it and I send you replay with 2 tests for speed with and without plugins and you didn’t reply? also i installed SSL as per you recommendation. still the theme slow 12.4 seconds to load!!

Hi there, this is not exactly a support issue, but rather a bug. And I do not see why I should have to renew support for a bug that could be seen on two of your Themeforest demo pages a few days ago, namely your kenburns and ribbon sliders which weren’t working. Has the downloadable version been debugged since? Thanks.
We do not have any issue on our demo website with those galleries.

You have to keep your up to date. Please make sure that you have the latest theme version and all required plugins are updated as well
I would just like to avoid having to run an update for the 3rd time to no avail and then restore my website back to the previous version due to the bug I noticed on the kenburns and ribbon sliders, which seems to have solved on your demo. But what about the downloadable file which shows an update on 11 December 20 only? Could you please check with your developers?
