Anyone else have the issue of links not working since the last Wordpress update? My site was working fine then suddenly you can’t click on anything. If you right click and select “open in new tab” that works fine, but direct clicking doesn’t. No links work. Menu, home page, in blog articles, etc. All worked fine a couple of weeks ago when I last checked on the site.

You might have updated WordPress. Please turn off the automatic update and be sure it’s compatible with the newest one. It mostly take time to work on the compatible depending on the update details.

How can the sentence “This site is not allowed new members. please contact administrator.” be removed from the Login Module? I am sure there are good reasons for having it, but I want to remove it.

Hi guys, got some pre-sell questions:

1- Need to create a listing for professionals instead of bussiness where they could edit they profile listings, is that possible? 2- Does the registration include conditional fields? for example if a professional choose in a dropdown A then the following field changes its option acording to that. 3- Is it possible to setup different plans for different ways of listing? for example: you have a premium plan when you can be listed with your photo at the top of the search results as a featured item or a free plan when you have just a text listing? 4- Is it possible to add payment gateways no listed?

1. It seems to be possible. However, it’s hard to tell fully working for your details. We can only assist you to make your site like our demo sites. However, your listings are a little bit different from normal directory features.

2. We don’t have the option. It’s an advanced option you only need.

3. We have featured listings which shows on the top. But not different modules. It’s also an advanced option.

4. It’s possible to use payment gateways.

Your is different form what we have and advanced features. For the details or some features, you might need to customize them. If you need customization work, you can see the link on this comment and contact them.

I am restarting a fresh install so downloaded latest theme from this page and the download does not have the theme files for v.4. Only v.3. The folders that come with the downloaded are Licensing, Plugins, Previous Version (v3), V4-documentation & V4-sample-data. How do I get the v4 theme files?

Hello there! I’m interested on buying your theme because it looks very nice and easy to handle. I already have a directory page and I would like to replace it with your theme. Some pages that I would like to replicate as closer as possible are the above. We have checked the pages you provided us. We are not sure about the details settings. They seems to be possible. Is the 3rd page an archive page? If so, we also have the archive pages.

However, we are not really sure how the detail works and your topic is different from our demo sites as what we have. For the detail settings, you need to work on them. We are not able to assist to make the pages from the scratch or assist some your own pages.

- Can I make a page from scratch and save it as a template, so if a do a change on a template, all pages will be renewed automatically? It depends on the pages. for listing detail pages, you can use our template builder.

– Listing page: can you add a date stamp on the listings (when was they created or last edited)? Yes, we have. You can use post meta.

– Listings. Do listing have an expiration date and if yes, when renewing or editing a listing, is there shown in the first place? We have the expiration date. if it’s expire, the listing won’t show.

– Does the theme provide email templates such as New Member registration etc That’s more fore WordPress option. We don’t have.

– Can I upload my own icons for the categories, amenities etc – Are the amenities clickable (in order to show for example all Listings with “Pet Friendly” amenities)? You can upload category icons.

– How many levels of map locations are there? We currently provide one level.

– Is there a feature for Newsletter sign up? You can use Mailchimp plugin

– is the site responsive to mobile version? Yes, it is. We will also update soon for some more.

Also ..How can I register the theme to another domain..? I changed domain and I cannot update wpbakery plugin – says it is still registered to old domain..

In Javo Directory 4 is it possible to upload multiple videos in a single Listing as you upload Images using the Gallery (Single Listing) widget?

The files still haven’t been corrected, and there is the no click issue that’s happening. Why is the v4 not in the all downloadable files?

You’re not understanding. You are saying you fixed it, and Im saying, the javo-directory file isn’t in the folder at all when you download all plugins and files. It’s literally not there for v4 (no javodirectory.zip). You have to place it in the file. It may be fixed but it’s not in the download. I can’t send to support I don’t have support and wouldn’t need it because the file should be in there right?

Check your latest download there is an error, specifically in the javo core plugin, i was able to revert back but im update you so that you know. it is causing an issue with elementor and the install files aren’t packaged correctly with plugins and directory v4 when downloading everything all together.

When you have a problem with import, that’s mostly from your server configuration issue. On the screenshot, you imported data. and you imported multiple times and menu added like that. You should delete the menu and import again or remove the menus what you don’t need.

Hi, I had to use different import options to get that: 1. Default import: failed 2. Javo menu > import: partially success 3. One click import: failed 4. WP import: failed. Can you ask anybody to check my email that I had sent a week ago to your email. I purchased the a year ago but never used the theme and not used your support also. I may require your installation support and I’m ready to pay a charge. Thanks.
