Hi there, the Masonry Portfolio Tiles are set on all of my applicable sites, but they do not display.
I am running the latest version of Wordpress, PHP, and Addison.
EDIT 1: I have left this comment from the wrong account, but do have several purchased licenses
EDIT 2: It turned out they had a misapplied category, which is likely my error, as all my sites using this layout had the same category from the original first site. Interesting though, that would imply the category was always there, but not previously enforced?
Interestingly, the category filter is disabled, but it is filtering on my accidentally added and invalid category.
Did filtering break?

If you have made the changes directly in the theme code, there is no way to update the theme but to re apply the changes on the new version as well.
That is why we always suggest using child theme – it separates the original theme code from the changes and preserves changes after the theme updates – https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/

It is impossible to move sections. Don’t tell me to view your videos. Helps nothing while there you are only moving elements within a section. But a whole section can’t be moved. Try this since one hour!
All solved. If you close all the sections it works fine and it’s much easier. The only thing which is annoying is, that if when you save it, all sections are open again. But it’s much better to work with closed sections and to open a section only if you need to make changes.
Next thing: BoldBuilder 403 Forbidden – Do not work. Seems full of bugs this theme.

Using this theme right now but I am looking to expand my website. It works for what I need it to do just fine. I have other plugins that I am about to install. I would like to use a different page builder. Would I still be able to use the addison theme as my select theme in wordpress or would I have to change everything? Can I use the BB shortcode for the grid display within another page builder’s shortcode element? Also, will the addison theme work with a Gutenberg wordpress platform?

Unfortunately you need to use Bold Builder with Addison theme.
Although in general you can use other builders, page elements which come with the theme will not be available.
We haven’t tried to manually enter the BB shortcodes with Gutenberg – although it might work, we are sceptical about the final outcome…

Some server environments have script timeout set too low, some have processing power limit set – all these can be causes for error.
In general import process is incremental – meaning that it will take off right where it stopped – so you can repeat it as much times as needed until it finishes. You can open the media library in another tab and refresh it from time to time while the import is running in another tab. The number of items in the library should increase if the import is running properly. Sometimes it takes several dozens of reruns – it really depends on the server settings.

how can i edit the footer of my page with the bold page builder ?

If you go to Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer you will notice Footer Page slug setting.
The value of this field is the slug of the static page which holds the footer If you edit this page, you will be able to modify all footer contents.

You can have video background behind the entire slider (and have slide backgrounds transparent). Individual slides can not have video backgrounds – only image.

So you need to override the default template if you want to change the markup. 1. Translate the label in WooCommerce language file
2. Add the following to your functions.php file (preferably in child theme):
