Hi, Presales questions. I would like to use your theme for my client who uses one of the ait themes with 4 different languages. I want to import 1click primavera demo site and keep all ofvthe posts and pages in all different languages. Is this possible and easy to be done or it is not possible or with a lot of extra work? If we understand you correctly, you would like to preserve the current static pages and posts and avoid entering them again.
Unfortunately, this isn’t that easy. Although the blog posts would probably be fine, you would need to recreate the static pages from scratch. The two themes do not use the same page elements (shortcodes) so it prevents the old content from being displayed correctly.

We haven’t tested the theme with the referenced plugin but as far as we can see, its front end interface is based on shortcodes, so we do not see any reason for incompatibility.
Anyhow, if you are willing to give it a try and it turns out that the theme does not work for you, we will approve your refund request.

Although all the images come with demo import thez come as an example. They are not licensed for use on third party production sites. Currently, all booking forms on our demo sites are created using Contact Form 7 plugin. The theme itself does not include full featured booking system in the background.
If you need fully featured booking, you will need to use a third party plugin of your choice.

Hello, I have a post-purchase question about your theme. I am trying to insert HTML anchor links on some page that do not seem to be working correctly. I have placed the RAW HTML in several different locations on the target page, but none of the links hit that target area on the page, or even not at all. You can define the anchor by using the Element ID property of the Section element. You can find it on Custom tab of Section edit dialog. Then, you can use #ELEMENTID as a href tag (provided that you have entered ELEMENTID as the value of Element ID field).

Thank you!!! That worked perfectly. I do have a couple of more quick questions. I am about to launch the new site for my client, but wanted to know if you could advise me on the main header menu. The link to the page I am currently working on is: http://173.205.126.223/~elysianaesthetic/ The client loves the logo being in the center of the desktop and laptop layout, but I am wondering if there is a way to adjust the hamburger menu in the mobile responsive view to either be centered under the logo or force it to the right of the logo rather than to the left of the logo.
My next question, is there a way to have all of the accordion sections to open up when the page opens? I am utilizing the accordion widget to create a simple price list for the client. 1. Go to Appearance > Menus
2. Click Screen options in the upper right corner and make sure that CSS Classes i checked (bottom row of checkboxes)
3. Expand desired menu item and add btMenuWideDropdown to the CSS Classes field

One last question, what is the recommended resolution for the logo? I have used 200×55 and changed logo to 556px in the theme customizer. In the preview it looks good, but when I save and open my website in a new window (to check if the settings are saved correctly) the logo is stretched out. Am I missing something?

Your theme (Primavera) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

When WooCommerce gets released (which happened 2 days ago) and due to metadata in WooCommerce templates you get this sort of notification in your wp-admin dashboard. We will update the metadata in the theme’s WooCommerce templates and release an update of the theme in next few days and this will resolve the notice you get.
Please note that this in no way means that the templates do not work with the new version of WooCommerce – they should be fully functional and your theme should be working without issues even with the notice.

Awesome theme!
Just a couple of presale questions:
1. The navigation bar slides in with a delay when the page is scrolled down. Is there a way to make the navigation bar sticky immediately when scrolled down? So header scrolls out of view and then the navigation bar becomes sticky at the top.
2. When scrolling back up to the top the header and navigation bar vanishes and both pops up again. Is it easy to change it that the header and navigation bar scrolls back without vanishing first?

Once you switch WordPress to a RTL language, the elements should switch to RTL as well.
If you are using one of our demos as a starting point, please note that, although the theme supports RTL, demos were made with LTR content in mind, so you will need to make changes in our page editor, Bold Builder, and change alignment where it’s necessary (columns and inner columns).

Hello, you can check Hide Default Headline option to hide it (Customize > General Settings). To change text, you need to edit page Excerpt field. Background image is page featured image.
