You can test the theme by yourself in mobile devices, just make sure you remove the Envato top-bar because that blocks the responsiveness.

This is a feature that WooComerce doesn’t offer by default, but I’m sure that there exist plugins that can make this possible and automatically print WooCommerce orders. For more info you can ask WooCommerce support directly so they can head you in the right direction 
If there is a plugin for this then surely that Kalium supports it.

Hi. I have Aurum 3.8.1 and Last version of Woocommerce, WordPress and of all plug-in. But when I try to log-in from my-account page I can’t and I receive an error message: «ERROR: Please check the input and resend.» When I log-in from ‘wp-login’ all page work good. Why? How can I fix that? Because the clients can’t log-in in ours account page. Thanks.

2. Due to #1 above, the image in the page doesn’t work response to device’s screen size.
3. I already have paid for only one ticket for this problem long time ago and i do not want to pay again for the same problem and a small changes.
4. and i am asking you to fix this and release asap.
5. and i finally couldn’t find my purchase code even i try two hours look at https://themeforest.net/ and https://account.envato.com/. Horrible!! where is my account? leave it easy UX to find easy purchase infomation out!!

Hello, I added the ability to upload webp to functions, but the whole photo is not displayed in a single product (I think because of lazyload) ... is it possible to do something (turn off lazyload)?

Sure that we know the .webp file. For the moment all the browsers support it and we hope that WordPress will finally allow uploading .webp images too and show the alternative image files for Safari 13 and other old browsers.

Hi,
I have two questions…
1.) Where or how can I change the numbers of columns at the shop page? At the moment there are 3 cols, but I want 4 cols like in your demo (Shop -> Shop full width). In the theme options I don’t find any settings for this.
2.) Where or how can I change or set up the image cropping? I find in the store overview the product image is compressed way too much, although it has enough pixels.

1— You can tweak that by navigating to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Products per row.

I am using the theme for a while now without any issues. Now, a week ago my WP-Page builder stopped working. I can’t update it (current version is 5.4). Is there a way to fix this?
When I try to update this, I get a message that I have to pay for a license, yet in your theme information you say it goes up to update 6.1!
Also, is it possible to remove the plugin and reinstall it?

Please make sure that you have done those steps:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Aurum, you can read the changelog here Aurum changelog.
2— After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
4— If the problem is still happening then please send us your site URL and WordPress credentials on email? We need to investigate your problem and then get back to you with possible solution.

With Aurum you will get a free copy of WPBakery Page Builder, this copy does not include support for the plugin and Templates Library. Plugin updates will be included remotely in our server so you can update the plugin by going to Appearance > Install Plugins area.

Please make sure that you have done those steps:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Oxygen, you can read the changelog here Oxygen release notes.
2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.
3— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Please navigate to wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/ and replace two files with those new ones inside this zip file (download).
Then you will see the option by navigating to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images (see screenshot).
P.S: This feature will come on the next version of Aurum too.
