Sorry to say that but this is not possible using Theme Options as there is no such option in our Theme for it, This relates to WooCommerce so you contact WooCommerce support for it or you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements at your own risk.
As migration/export/import is requires Customization and not included in the Theme support policy.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.
It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Please run the old Theme version backup of your site and then contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so that we will update the Theme for you on your site and please make sure to run the DataBase backup as well if the DataBase has been updated with the new version of your site.

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme
A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

Can you please make sure that you have updated the Theme properly and also the Theme required/recommended plugins as well, and also please once check this by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty one and check whether the issue is with our Theme only or with the plugin, If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme then it means this is not our Theme issue and you have to contact WooCommerce support for this.
And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 22/05/2019. According to Envato’s support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

The theme was updated properly. I changed the theme to Twenty Twenty and the issue was gone. Then I removed Porto Theme and installed a previous version that i had. Again, no issues. Definitly there is a bug on the last release. Something with js map, because the property ‘show()’ is there, but apparently not mapped.

Are they using woocommerce bookings pluggin? Was working on previous release. I belive that in newest release you had made changes on js files. And now is not working anymore.

Ok, I see, so this is because of the WooCommerce Booking Plugin.
And we always have to update the Theme and JS files with the latest technology.
Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the WooCommerce Booking Plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.
You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.
Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

I send you the e-mail. I also bought a new license to use support. Also there is no fix on the change logs to the issues bellow: 1. mini cart off canvas does no work on mobile devices. Your answer: Yes, you are right, we have already noticed this issue and it is on our to-do list, our development department is working on this issue and soon you will find this fixed with the upcoming update of the Theme so please be patience and stay tuned. 4. Also, the logo is not showing up on sticky header for mobile or desktop, even if i check the option to show logo on sticky header. Your answer: I have just tested the same thing at my end on my test site and finds the same issue, I am very thankful to you for notifying this issue to me, I am forwarding this to our development department for testing it in deep and fix it with the upcoming updates of the Theme, so please be pateince and apologizing for it for now.

My client would like a hamper product option where clients can select the items and quantities to go into the hamper and then checkout… These items will not be listed as individual products but as collective items under a product. I am sorry but I do not get your point properly, Do you want a Variable Product?
Like:
A Product has 4 Sizes and 6 Colors and based on Color and Size Customer has to select the variation for adding it to the Cart?
Note: Color and Size can be anything as per your requirements.
If my statement is correct then yes this is the default functionality of WooCommerce and you can achieve it easily using WooCommerce and Theme Options.

Thank you for the prompt response. I don’t mean size and color options. I meant having a product with multiple sub-products that can be selected or not with under the main product. An example is having a Christmas hamper product where the customer have the option to select the items to be packaged in the hamper basket. I hope my explanation is clear.

First of all, please do not be double minded… You have to understand that you can only Import the single Demo at the single time on the single site with single page builder only…
Now, You have to reset your WordPress again, you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/
And again start from scratch, when Importing the Demo, you have to only select the option with which page builder you want to use/edit that Demo, like showing below, Hope this make sense and keep in mind, if you try to edit the Demo content of one page builder with another one, it will distort your site.
