I have read and applied all the procedures for changing the logo with your theme, but I still can’t change the header logo of the site.

I went through Builder Header and I have a list of Header: Header 1 to 5, but when I change header 1 (the one with the same colour as my site it doesn’t affect the logo of my site. So how can I change my website logo? thank you.

Don’t buy this theme. You will waste your money. It appears they released the theme before working out all the bugs like not being able to import demo and bloated code and then expect you to chase them down in support. Guess who becomes the testers?? You do. No thanks.

Hi, I purchased your theme (10mins ago), even though your company has the same theme on ENVATO ELEMENTS where I have a subscription and can downloaded the theme for free. When I tried to install the theme in the first instance from my ENVATO ELEMENTS account I received error message and was unable to do so. The thing is my client is really stuck on your theme so I purchased it against my better judgment from my ENVATO MARKETPLACE account. Imagine my horror when I received the SAME error message. I’m not going to lie guys this feels far worse as I’ve just paid the best part $25 to be in exactly the same position. So rather than start work I’m having to wait for reply…

I’m having trouble building a menu. I followed the instruction in your support document and downloaded and activated the OT Mega Menu. I know how to add and delete items to the menu. The issue is that the top of the page does not show any type of menu. I’m using the Investment Template and I want the same menu look as in the template.
