Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type and you will find the “Header Builder in Porto Template Builder” option selected from there:

It means that the header is coming from Porto >> Template Builder >> Header, so you have to go there and finds and edit the Custom Header as showing below:

After editing it, you can easily change/modify/remove anything as per your requirements:

Out of stock and avalaible to backorder texts are working now correctly but i didnt get the green text for products in stock.

1. This will be added on all the Demo’s, It has an Option in the Theme to turn this ON/OFF

2. You have to create your own product page using Porto Template Builder, you can not change the position of the content in the pre-built layout of the product pages.

3. No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, there is no such option in our Theme for this, you can try with any third-party plugin for this at your own risk, otherwise, this requires Customization.

Hi, the javascript doesn’t seem to be working since I loaded the newest Porto theme updates. But maybe I’m supposed to put the javascript (header) on each individual page and I’m just not seeing the option. Please advise. I’m supposed to have a Paypal credit banner showing up on this page below the price boxes:

Paypal gives us two codes. One is a javascript that should go between the <head> </head> and then on the page where you want the banner to show. I put the javascript on the Porto options under the Skin tab, then Javascript.

Then I placed the other code on that page… but nothing comes up. I’ve tried multiple times but it’s not taking the javascript. I’ve had some other javascript codes disappear when I updated the theme. My client is fine with leaving those other missing elements out, but would like for this to work so her clients can get the Paypal Pay Later – link working. Please advise on how to get the javascript working correctly. Thanks!

You cannot add <script> tag in the custom js because of security issues. You need to add JavaScript code without <script> tag like this:

If your added code in “JS Code before head /head will not work then try to add it into the body /body” of theme options, it will work well.

Otherwise, you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Is there any problem at favicons views? When I search my web site (kitapvagonu.com) on my mobile phone, I see default icon in Google results. I can’t see my web site’s logo. Is this problem related to Porto theme? Because now when I search portotheme.com I see same thing. There is no porto’s logo. By the way I already made all the settings.

I think you don’t read what I wrote. I have set all settings. There is only problem on mobile. When I search my web site I don’t see favicon in google results. On desktop no problem.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with the help of Theme Options, as the image sizes can be controlled by the WooCommerce and also Images have been depending on the container size as well, and there is no option in the Theme for changing the container size, you have to change the layout of the single product page if you do not like the one.

You can try with the below given Custom CSS code.

    height: 200px !important;
}

When you click the image to view it full screen, it will show the exact size of the image the complete size, and you can not change it, This requires customization. We do not sell digital content. How can i remove the ‘downloads’ box on the account page for my registered users? I have removed from WooCommerce > Advanced (no joy) I have set li.woocommerce-MyAccount-navigation-link.woocommerce-MyAccount-navigation-link—downloads to display:none; (no joy) I assume the boxes are auto generated from the woocommerce-my-account shortcode but ‘downloads’ remains even after flushing cache many times. 1/ Thanks for the CSS snippet guys, worked a treat. Wanted to try child myself but wanted to be sure these weren’t generated client-side first. 2/ Haven’t had any luck here, i think there’s a misunderstanding on the Q: prices currently show ‘£1.00 – £5.00’ under the product, i want to show ‘from £1.00’ – the theme options and video don’t touch on this. Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

It’s because your local environment can not access our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

How can I change mini cart url? i dont want to use “mywebsite.com/cart” url.

When i change endpoint url for cart. The mini-cart on the homepage still redirecting to “mywebsite.com/cart”

and this situation creates a 404 page.

Under theme options the section ‘Sidebar – Widgets’ is completely missing. You must be able to simply select whether you want a border or drop shadow or other possibilities..
