Hello, I bought this theme last week. I’m almost done creating my website and this morning I saw that there was an update and I did it. But now, after the update, I only see the header on my page, I’m using the page “Header Style – Image Slideshow”. I tried to go back to the version before and all is working fine on this version. What can I do to be able to update and have my website running fine? Will the future update do the same effect?

I updated Site Sections database saving methodology in order to make it fully WPML compatible by allowing multiple instance of the variable.
You just need to set section layouts once. Future updates won’t need a big feature change.

I have trouble setting up the Royal addons. When I activate it it says : Fatal error: Cannot declare class RoyalTwitter, because the name is already in use in /var/www/html/prod/cbd/wp-content/plugins/royal/inc/twitter.php on line 2 Do you please have a solution for that issue ?

Because, I made an update to make sections fully compatible with WPML translation instead of manuel fix.
You’ll see “Untitled” in Sections. You need to select and save them again.

You should add it to Site Sections.

Add page to site sections as 1st. Then, add it to menu for one page feature.

Hi, I am having some real issues with this theme. Where can I edit the image and text in the header and footer? Also, will this theme work with Elementor? The WPBakery is just really clumsy. My menu is not showing up in the order that it should be. Also, how can I make specific body text larger? (I do not want to change it to a header, because then it will be in all caps.) Thank you
It’s made by WPBakery and you can see all features in theme description page. There’s not Elementor related option.
You can change all images & texts if you enable WPBakery editor when Page editing.
I would like to remove the header image, and just have text. How do I do that. I have enabled WPBakery and yet it is not allowing me to change text size.
You can add a text shortcode instead of slideshow, single image. And, you can add custom font size by editing it as HTML.

You should add image slider via WPBakery page builder. I changed intro options. If you use old version, you need to do it so.

At 1st, you don’t need to write your purchase code when you comment a purchased item. Because, your “PURCHASED” tag is visible.
Open Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS.
Copy following style and Save.
.navbar .navbar-nav > li > a {
font-size:16px !important;
}
Default font size is 14px. You can change 16px whatever you want.

I downloaded the theme when it was free few months ago, installed and have been using for a while. Then in order to update the theme to 1.9 I have purchased and updated it through Envato market plugin.
However since the latest update my homepage only shows the menu. It seems that all the pages are there, but the homepage with slideshow has disappeared.
Could you please help and solve the issue.
Most of things changed after its free version. You should add Single Image, Slideshow or Video Background via Royal elements.
You can check how it done by installing it to a demo site.

You should remove old “Royal” plugin.
The plugin works now, thank you very much. However, even though all the pages are working fine and the theme has been updated to 2.0, the homepage still shows only the menu and the footer. Wp bakery builder isn’t working on my theme Royal, Is it here that I should ask a question to solve the issue ? I duplicated the theme to work in local. Then I’ve put my local work on a dev branch. Then I bought a copy of the theme for the production branch… is that the right way to do things ? I wonder if it’s a question of licence ?

Hello the theme is working well, I had a question though. On the home page it is a combination of multiple pages put together and visible as you scroll down. When I go to edit the individual pages their is no background images. However when I first visit my site there are parallax images in the background as I scroll down the home page. How or where do I go to edit or change out what those background pictures are?

I am having so much trouble with this theme. I can not:
Change the Royal logo in the Header located on the top left-hand corner of the page.
I can not edit some elements on the page in the Front End or Back End Editor for example: The part of the page on the demo that reads: “Responsive Layout” “Retina Ready” and “Well-Documented”. I can not edit the elements or fonts.
I posted a parallax video but the original parallax demo video is still in the background. It is way bigger than my image and I can not figure out how to remove the original video.
Please help!

In the ‘Recent Projects’ / Portfolio section (on the Home Page) I was able to update the font and Feature Image but when you click on it the drop down that appears still shows the original pic that comes with the Demo. How do I change this the drop down image

You can look at Royal theme options for logo, copyright text and others.
You should clear browser cache or CDN if you use after image updates.
Parallax video bg can be changed from Site Sections.

I bought the Royal theme yesterday, also the WPbakery and was under the impression that I could just select the theme and change the pictures and text and have a working parallax-effect site. This is not the case. I have installed WPB, latest wordpress, envato market, redux and the theme (1.9) and almost nothing of the theme is visible, only the logo which I am also unable to remove. My question: how do I get the theme to work so I can edit it to my liking? And how do I remove the royal logo from the top and bottom? Thanks!
You can read HELP file to install it correctly. After that, you can change logo from Royal / Logo.

I am editing my pages and that’s a breeze. My problem: how do I insert a page after the landing/home page? I tried ‘page attributes’ number 0, 1, 2 etc, also with completely blank pages. I tried simple ordering plugin to arrange the order in the pages screen. It keeps jumping from home to the last page I left unedited from the demo content import. How do I arrange the flow of pages of the parallax theme? I’m stuck here for hours… thanks!

Hi – I have followed the directions, and have tried to import this almost 5 times. It is a mess – it does not work and I am incredibly frustrated. It is not one page, none of the images are showing properly – if I can’t get this to work I would like my money back. This is insane.

So I just re-installed – I am on Wordpress 5.6, it is about 70% there. Our Services did not install properly and some other elements. The only other issue is when I try to edit the home page – it never loads the frontend editor – just spends endlessly and cant’ change the pictures or text. Any suggestions?

I removed old pages & posts. And, removed and reinstalled Royal theme and imported demo data.
Also, I deactivated not needed plugins.
Everything works fine now.
My name is Andrew Smith, Purchased the Royal single page parallax theme for WordPress. I have installed the theme, however when I go to edit the home page the WP Bakery page builder shows the royal logo and loading circle but never opens up the editor.

You can get a Google Maps API key and copy it to Royal / General / “Google Maps API Key” field if the issue on front of the site. Because, I made a fresh installation to check if there’s an issue, but everything works fine.
Hi, updating the theme has given me some problems. I does not load CSS or the options and sections from the database. On the homepage I only get the menu header and footer with the roya logos and colors. I have to revert back to the first version of theme. Has anyone else reported on this issue?
You should remove & reinstall Royal plugin, too.
I did, but the new plugin does not populate with the older information.
Because, I made intro/home page WPBakery compatible. You can add them by editor shortcodes.
Shortocodes as to load the sections on the homepage? I updated most of the plugins and now the text over the homepage header image is aligned to the top. Could you let me know which is the tag I could vertically align with css?

If you updated theme, you should use new elements!
I reverted back to the previous homepage layout by sections, after I saw the new version eliminated the homepage and styling.
I added them as WPBakery editor element and added section type dropdown to right sidebar to select the home page type.
It is a big update but to make it easier.

HELP. On mobile The parallax images do not get smaller. What can I do? Also text on single image is too large on mobile.
Images resizes according to the screen width-height and fits on the screen.

Your site seems fully different from my theme. You can try to increase texts in parallax sections.
not sure what you mean.?. Did you notice the images not resizing and the enormous text upon entry via mobile phone
its only on the phones the image is not resizing . It works on desktop
