What are the image sizes used by your theme? What dimensions to you recommend uploading images at so they look their best? I want to avoid uploading images with dimensions larger than they’re actually needed by the theme

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Are you referring to the images of the products? The dimensions of the images to be used in the loop and single product pages are set in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images. You can set it to any desirable image size dimension. However, the image will occupy the maximum width available in a given layout. You can read more about it here: https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/11/wc-3-3-image-size-improvements/
If you have set uncropped, then the images will be of different sizes. If you crop, then they all will be the same size. The theme does not modify the behavior of image sizes from WooCommerce.
Also WordPress uses different image sizes to generate a srcset which can be used in different devices.

Hello .. Good night. I did not see the sizes of products, for example, number of shoes for the buyer’s choice and also the choice of colors. I was thinking about using this theme for fashion and I worry about that to avoid problems selling. You’ll have to rely on third-party plugins to display your variations as swatches, labels or images. First support guy was not much helping with queries and ask for another guy to look and second guy wont answer at all and just give woocommerce documentation links for theme issues which is not related to woocommerce issue at all, dont buy if you dont wanna to get scammed, documentation is outdated and result following documentation wont result as demo. Main reason was to buy theme because can set product categories to show in home page but this feature is not working and support wont answer about it too. Will report to Themeforest/Envato with all emails i got as proof from support and with video to show that results following documentations wont result as demo as they advertise and hope they will be forbidden to sell and scam people… Its too bad that dev of theme wont support but instead they assign task to some other people who don’t know anything about theme itself

A confused question about Shop Sidebar would like to ask.
I added the “Techmarket Product Filter” widget into Shop Sidebar 1 section, and added 4 other widgets into Product Filters section. It shows both fine in product category page and in mobile. However the Single Product page is empty in the left side bar.
Therefor I add the same 4 other widgets as above mentioned to Shop Sidebar 1 section to make the Single Product page to appear the 4 widgets.
The result is Single Product page has shown the 4 widgets, but the problem is the Product Category page and the Shop page also repeatedly show the 4 same widgets again.
My problem is how to make it right as the Organic Market template has shown?

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The area you are referring to is the shop sidebar. The shop page has 2 sidebar areas :
1. Products Filter sidebar widget area : In here we place all filter widgets. This widget area is purely for the purpose of styling. So all widgets that needed to be styled like filters should be placed here.
2. Shop Sidebar widget area : This sidebar area should contain all other widgets. By default the Products Filter sidebar widget area ( mentioned above ) is not displayed. There is a widget called “Techmarket Product Filter” which represents the Products Filter sidebar widget area. You should add this widget to shop sidebar widget area for the product filters to be visible.

Please note filter widgets will appear only on shop and product archive pages ( like product categories ) and will not appear in single product page.

Based on menu_order asc, Printer Brother DCP-T310 should be on the far left. But on the front-end Printer Brother DCP-T310 is in 2nd place

I have 2 questions would like to ask.
1. I found there is a Kebab menu (three vertical dots menu) at the right end of the primary menu, would like to delete it without using css. Could you tell me where is the file and coding for eliminating this function?
2. I notice that there are 4 icons beside the search bar: a looping arrow, a heart, a bag and “Your Cart”. How to add these functional icons just as the demos show? I found there are no menu for adding those icons.

Since updating my site can no longer use the customise theme feature or quick edit feature in woocommerce products
Also discovered FontAwesome icons are no longer working either. I’ve tried a fresh install of 1.4.8 and still have the same issues
Redux plugin 4.1.24 update fixed theme customize and quick edit feature in woocommerce products. Still have an issue with FontAwesome icons though
