Sorry but our average response time is around 24 hours. Also, please, note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

with the theme I updated the plugins correctly. It sounds like there is an issue with the portfolio pages that are not working anymore. Even if I create a new one it gives me the same error.

Thanks for taking an interest! You can always use a theme, install and import the demo content. First of all, we do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.

Also as our demo content is made with page builder we cannot guaranty that your previous content is made with the same builder, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.’

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
