On each product single page, you have the Add to cart button. This button adds the product to the cart, where you can finish your purchase process and buy the product. This product single page template is the default layout of WooCommerce. We took that template and adjusted it to fit our theme’s design. Making a change to the template file would require additional coding, but this kind of customization falls out of our support scope, as you can see here. When I update the theme, why do I get this code displaying, instead of the icons, in the widgets??? How do I fix this?

It seems that you managed to activate the WPBakery plugin and that your website no longer display the shortocodes.

Hi, When I show a Portfolio Item at the bottom of the page I can see “Related” word and show me more portfolio item to see. How I can change this “Related” word for other word like “Otros” in Spanish? Thanks a lot, Alex

When I attempt to submit a support request, your website tells me it’s invalid. I just bought it a few weeks ago. This is the second time I type this same message.

Problem 1] Support Form is stating that I have an invalid purchase code. Problem 2] Trying to find out how to globally disable loading screen.

Hello, i’m trying to intall WpBakery Page Builder 6.1 for my ratio theme (downloaded last week so it should be the last version) The answer is ‘the file exist yet’ in /storage/content/57/1107157/.../public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/

I look on the ftp, there is nothing. What should i do to get it ? I’m afraid to import the demo before having adjusted this problem… Without WpBakery it seems to be complicate to continue

Hi! Very nice theme, but I don’t understand the lightbox choice. When i click on the picture (mobile) i see much smaller. The control buttons are even smaller and sliding doesn’t work. It is not user and google friendly to load images in full size on the all portfolio page. Another page load images better, with srcset. Portfolio page, why not?

Still loving your theme!! Question about the new rev.slider with WP 5.5. saving doesn’t work anymore. And Rev tells me to upgrade to their latest version. Any idea when this version will be implemented in a RATIO-update?
