I have 3 languages and I am using journal-theme.com/2/ theme on my website. Is it possible to switch to journal-theme.com/6/ and transfer journal theme language translation to journal-theme.com/6 from journal-theme.com/2/ Or I have to make once again all needed translations? Thanks.
Hi, unfortunately translations from admin will be lost if you import another demo data.. In fact, all Journal admin options will be overwritten by the new demo data you import.

Hi, currently there aren’t any options for this, and table elements are not easily split via CSS based multi-columns. Tables are unusually displayed horizontally and on smaller screens, they can be scrolled sideways.

Hi, make sure all files have been properly uploaded to your server and then refresh Opencart modifications and clear Opencart template cache from Opencart dashboard and your issue should be solved after. Also, check your installed extensions, some of them may modify the checkout page.

Hi, it’s not possible to preselect all options by default, there is no such option in Journal but you can edit catalog/view/theme/journal3/js/journal.js and change the select options mechanism from there, consult with an Opencart developer if you’re not familiar with javascript.

There’s nothing happening there actually. You just have too much content and when you scroll down to see it all and close the view more, nothing happens actually, the page scroll stays the same.
But since the content was so long and you’ve already scrolled down so much, the page will remain at that scroll position, which is the maximum scroll available and with the description closed that means all the way down, by the footer.
Ok, but is there a way that when I click on Torna su (view less) it can scroll to the top
Currently no, because there’s no way to know how much content hides therein, it could be a few lines more, like in our demo, where scroll is not necessary. So there aren’t any detections that determine how much content there is, at least not currently.
Ok but its a limit, and its not nice that it takes you to the footer.
But it doesn’t take you to the footer, you yourself already scrolled down to the footer in order to see the very long content. Then when you take that content out of the page, the scroll position will remain in the same place you scrolled to (which in this case it all the way down, it has nothing to do with the footer, it’s just scrolled all the way down).

We are fist focused on code and performance improvements and later on some new features and new demos, but I don’t have any release dates now – but everything is on our 2021 timeline.

Hi, I have safari on ipad 11”. I want to buy the theme But desktop site comes first on login. After turning the screen vertically, it becomes a mobile site. this is the right one. When I switch it to horizontal position, it stays on the mobile site and does not improve forever.
Hi, the mobile header kicks in at 1024px and your tablet may be bigger than that resolution in landscape and smaller in portrait.
As more devices came out in recent years we will review the header trigger system and provide an update, but I don’t have a timeline on this now.
