Hi, we are currently using the Counselling Theme for one of our website and there are just some issues im facing:
1. Couldn’t find where to properly setup mobile menu, already did it on the Appearance > Menu but when checked on the site, it doesnt take the menu i created
2. There is an element called Roadmap – no instructions on the document how to use and edit it. Tried using it, only showing the stage title – info and description all missing.

Hi, the screenshots of the wordpress theme display CTAs in the top right header, but the live demo sites do not have these. Are they part of the theme/are they easily added? Thanks!

Hi, my site was working great and then all of a sudden, the wp-login page has gone missing and I’m unable to sign into my site.
“Error Page The page you are looking for doesn’t exist. It may have been moved or removed altogether. Please try searching for some other page, or return to the website’s homepage to find what you’re looking for.”
This is the second time it has happened, and the first time, I had to reset my site from scratch. I have tried multiple fixes such as turning off plugins, upgrading site memory, etc, and they are not working. All my system settings are correct for this theme, so I’m at a loss. I have not had this issue with other themes before, and wanted to know if you’ve run into this? Thank you!

Hi, i was trying to setup the theme, but the plugins (booked and visual composer), are not contained in the zip file. There is only a licence text. I already sent a support message (yesterday) in the support page, but i didn’t receive an answer. How can i get the plugins files?.

Love this theme! So much of it works perfectly. However the SliderRevolution6 is giving me an error. It’s saying I need to enter a purchase code to use. When looking in the mindcare download, i see a text file for the slider but the purchase code is empty.

Thank you for this adorable theme.
But I have one problem. I am renovating my site. I installed your theme in the background (domain.com/sub) and something with plugins went wrong (i am not an expert :)) So I started completely again with wordpress and new installation with your theme. And now I cannot register it again although it is no longer in use there.
It says: “Code is already registered for other domain.” The main domain remains the same, just the sub (domain.com/sub) is different.
Please suggest me what to do.

2. Please note that we haven’t tested our theme with 3rd party plugins and we can’t guarantee compatibility with them.
