Hi again, i did that, this is fine. The problem with the scroll is on the home page. The smooth scroll not working. From the menu is working ok but with the mouse and keyboard not.
Also another issue is when i change the views from the menu i need to be full page view.

I finally reinstall the theme and now it seems to be fine. Is there a parallax option for fullpage theme?

Ok, WPML is ok in this case. Hi, you can copy a full page in two ways. 1. By save is as template from the top right button “Templates” on Edit page. 2. By switching to classic mode, copying all the code. Then create a new page and paste the code. You can copy part of a page and paste them into another page by using the copy and paste features. Hi, thank you for the purchase, I’m not sure it’s possible anyway all the available options are in the FullPage settings are on bottom right of edit page. If you don’t see theme please go to Appearance > Theme options > General and on bottom check “Disable Gutenberg” and try again.
If still don’t appear try to click the top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and check “Page Editor” / “Editor”.

Hi, thank you for the purchase, you can not add links to a fullPage menu. Use a secondary menu or try to add the code <a href=”YOUR-LINK” class=”btn btn-xs”>Login</a> to Theme options > Menu > Custom area.

It looks like you have entered wrong information, please check username and password, and make sure they are correct, if yes, your SMTP is not compatible and you will need to use another SMTP, you can use SendGrid SMTP (free for 100 emails per day): https://sendgrid.com/solutions/email-api/smtp-service/

hello, the hybrid composer is not functioning correctly on the edit page. The composer is stuck in the sidebar and cannot be moved to the main area. Also another problem is that I cannot change the footer link, it remains as /#undefined. and by link I mean the ID for the footer, usually the ID is able to be changed in the settings, but not for the footer. thanks

Hi, I checked, I will tell you how to fix it, there are two ways 
I would like to get a refund on my purchase of this template. The Hybrid Composer is horrible and basically unusable. I imported the Demo, (several of them since the first one did not work) and there were no images to see how things worked. I replaced some of the image placeholders and moved to a different section, the pictures would disappear for no apparent reason. I would like to just move to a different template.

The images are not included into the download due to copyright reasons (almost all the themes do the same). But don’t worry I will upload them for you.
Unfortunately you can not get a refund because you think the composer is not good(I advice you to spend some time to try it and you will find it is much more easy to use than Visual Composer / WP Bakery for example, and much faster too).

Hi, my problem is similar to OMIKRONs issue 5 month ago. The GOOGLE MAP component doesn’t work correctly. Neither does it display the map nor am I sure where to insert the coordinates. Are there missing any input fields? Even in your imported demos no map is shown. Thanks for your help Sven

Just for the record: the API key I used was restricted to another URL. After creating a new API key everything works as expected. So Schiocco’s assumption was right.

On small devices the background video stops working. Is it possible that the video still plays? In other themes this doesn’t seem to be a problem. Thanks again.

I really like your theme and I think you did a great job. But nevertheless there are still some small issues I would like you to solve.
Problem 1: Video Background stops
Well, at least it has nothing to do with iPadOS, macOS or Windows. It works on my iPad but when the screen is shared with another app it stops working. Even on macOS or Windows – regardless if you are using Safari, Chrome, Firefox or whatever – the video bg stops when you reduce the width of the browser window. So maybe it has something to do with your media settings in style.css.
Problem 2: No coordinates in map component
The field for the coordinates does not appear. But as I already said the map component works entering the address. So it‘s not that important.
Problem 3: NEW Page settings are not available any more
A new problem arised when editing the page with your page builder. The settings on the right side disappear if you sort them all the way up with the up/down icons. I‘ve found no way to get them back.

Thank you. I did try this at first, but I’ll try again. I have been trying to open the Home page to do some edits, but the page takes a few minutes to load. Is this normal?

This is a server side issue, I can not help you with that. Looks like your server is not able to manage large pages like the one of fullPage.

I will check with my hosting provider then. But just to let you know, I had successfully edited, updated and published this exact demo a few days ago and never got this error.
Message from the server side: ‘one of your plugins is throwing errors in the logs, plugin hybrid-composer, so if increasing the limits doesn’t work.’
I also notice that the demo theme is displaying well on Chrome but pictures are not displaying on Edge, so the theme has issues with browsers

I am seeing the images being displayed properly now. Thank you. But I am back where I started, the Page is loading for and inordinate length of time and then freezing. I am unable to edit anything on the page.
The demo is displaying fine as I mentioned, I am not sure what you mean by the demo is gone.
See if you are able to edit any of the content in the demo, even if you just change one word on the front page, and let me know how it goes. Change the word INFORMATIONS to INFORMATION (without the S) on the blue button on the front page.

I was just saying that if I do like you told me in the first comment I am not able to see the menu on my fullpage site (I don’t understand why I have to disable it, but I did it).
If i Go to Theme options > Menu and check “One page menu” the menu appears and it has the dots but it’s not connected to the menu I created (with the custom links of the various section). I am able to see only the one that was imported from the demo content.
If I disable the menu from the FullPage options as you told me, the menu doesn’t spawn on my page.

I Have installed the theme, but admin panel is misbehaving. For instance I am not able to use custom styles for composer plugin. Your hosting may have some incompatibility, some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/fullpage/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 10USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION

1) Activate the theme.

THEME SETTINGS

REVOLUTION SLIDER
1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin.
2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import.
3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU
1) Go to Appearence > Menu.
2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header
Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it.
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.
