Hi, I just bought your theme and I’m already struggling with the layout. I have a section with five columns – set to the full width. How on earth do I set all the columns to the same height? This should be easy to find yet I cannot see it anywhere. I’ve watched some tutorials – they all show the Equal Height option within the Advanced tab – but it seems like it’s missing here. This is such a basic command – please tell me it’s there somewhere…

Hi, TheGem is an outstanding theme in general, but I encountered an issue recently with version 4.6 – the dashboard, options and header options of the posts are not being displayed – just and empty page with regular right menu. The site is working normally, all plug-ins are up-to-date. Any help would be appreciated.

with the new update a lot of the settings have been moved or gone. Where is the hide top area now? I looked under menu and header and there is a top area section, but no field/toggle to hide top area. Also looked under single page setting and there is nothing there now.

Where in the Theme Options exactly is the located to put in your Google Analytics tracking code. I saw that someone posted Advanced -> Admin section of Theme options, is this where it is? Can I get a screenshot of its location since I can’t seem to find it. Thanks

Yes, you need to install WooCommerce to activate “catalog mode” (this feature is included in TheGem) 2 – if you wish to apply this on your products we can recommend to use any of the ajax products filters plugins

​I’m using The Gem template for one of my sites inside a multi-site worpress. I’m trying to update theGem’s plugins but it say to me that my site is not active. The reason is because it’s active in one of the sites but not in the network web site. So, when I try to upgrade the plugins instead of doing it at the active site it goes to the network website and that is inactive. When I tried to activate the network site it appears this error

“This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key for this installation. “

Hello, I have just installed the theme and I am having a major issue regarding all my previous content on the website. https://ibb.co/7tx1QL3 The quoted message is HUGE! Please, how can I make this smaller globally? Also, the images placed via url within the classic editor are extended on all my posts. They should be contained, even if the resolution is bigger, how can make them fit globally? I would be using this theme, because I like the functionality, just that if this is not fixed, I will be forced to find another solution. Please help!

My issue is like this: After installing The GEM Theme, the quote message is HUGE, and I want it normal. Can I fix this problem globally? For example, I want to make the quotes normal, and the images to be contained, regardless of the higher resolution.

See others commenting on this issue, but the top area background on my site also changed after the last update to a light gray. The correct color is shown in the settings, but resetting it or changing it has no effect.

Yes, if I clear my browser cache it fixes it, but I don’t want everyone who was ever on the site previously to have to clear their cache. Is there any other way to reset or clear internally? It is turning a dark color into a very light gray, so none of the links in that area are visible.

The last 2 updates of TheGem Elements (for wp bakery) caused a critical error on my website and I’ve had to restore form backup to version 4.5.8 which is the last one that allowed my website to run. Please fix this.

hello, I have a huge bug on my site that customers told me and it really doesn’t feel serious. The content of our contact page and my achievements are positioned right off the site and therefore cut completely I do not see where the bug comes from and this is untimely.Cache already emptied.This often appears and customers have a bad image of our site unfortunately our support is finished.

this happened from the launch of your theme but being untimely we did not notice it. On mozilla even worse the gallery of our achievements does not show the loading runs to infinity.

​Hi, can you please help me? Before a 15 days ago I was update my Gem theme on my web site and from then I have problems. I have Wordpress white screen of death when I logout from Dashboard. When I logged in Wordpress I see backend menu and I see everything on frontend, but when I logout from backend Wordpress menu I get wehite-blank screen (e.g. wordpress whitescreen of death). When I turn off the plugin “TheGem Theme Elements (for WPBakery)” then I get this error message on front-end (Home page) – attachment link.
