Hi, Thanks for your question. you can change your preload color but you can’t use the logo on the preloader. if you want to use the logo on your preloader you need to add a custom function for it.

You can see the website here: https://elvisv2.sg-host.com/. The first video icon is the Elementor default video widget, it is working. The second one is the Geoport widget, not working.

Hi, In Elementor both the icons are set to display the same video. It is an unlisted video but Elementor widget can play it. This looks normal behavior as youtube accept URL sharing for this kind of videos (whereas it doesn’t for private videos). I have tried the widget with a public video and yes it is working. So, I will probably make the video public and use the Geoport widget. I have another question: do you have in your plan the possibility to update the theme and plugins directly from Wordpress dashboard? Thanks.

I contacted you about a month ago asking about the sidebar on the individual service pages but did not get a satisfactory reply. Maybe I did not explain myself clear enough. Currently, as it is configured on the demo and on the site I’m building, when one clicks on any service on the sidebar, the URL for that service, by default, is domain.com/service_category/name of the service. How do I do to make that URL the one of the specific service I’m trying to link to (without the service_category part)? In your earlier reply, you said that this was a special customization, but I don’t think it is. I mean, the most logical way for it to work is that when someone clicks on a service on the sidebar, they’re taken to that service page and not to the service category page that is different from the actual service page. It actually looks like a post. Can you please tell me how I can modify it?
