Hello, i have installed theme on my local machine. but after changing logo from customize option it is showing the default Consept logo…. what can be the reason?

Possible the logo on that particular page is set on the page settings, if it is it will overwrite the Global options for logo. So please check your page settings.

Does the theme come complete as shown, with photos, pop up etc?

Thanks for writing in! You do have an option to import the demo content which will give you access to all the pages and their settings that you can see on our demo website. However, we do not own the copyright for the images featured in this theme. The images in question are only used for presentational purposes on our demos. These images cannot be used on your website, unless you purchase the license from a stock image website yourself, and you can read more about it here.

This theme is a totally garbage I waste two months of my life solving multiple bugs within this theme. Their support is a totally mess. Very slow and useless. I created maybe 10 tickets and only one was solved. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Especially with this kind of support.

You can try using a newer version to see if everything works fine, but if it doesn’t, we suggest to keep using version 4.4.1 until we release an update.

Have sent multiple tickets and yes support has been timely but not helpful. Core options will not update after all recommend changes and settings auctioned. Never had any issues like this. I am going to have to give up and request a refund.

Also, in case that you are using cache plugin, please deactivate it. When cache plugin is activated, cashed .css and .js files display instead of updated ones, and it looks like the changes you’ve made aren’t applying.

Hi, I am unable to adjust how many products will be shown in category pages. I set product per page value to 9in “core options” but it shows all available products in the store in that category. Besides that I can not find a way to chose pagination settings for category pages despite product list widget has these options.

Hello, can I create the content and demos also using WP bakery composer and NOT elementor or are the styled elements only available as elementor elements? Where can I see a textelement with text right and an image to the left (full-width). I need to have a section on the startpage where an image of the shopowner is on the left and some text about him and the shop on the right.

The theme can be used with WPBakery as well.
Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well.
