I want to know if the theme is translated into French or at least fully translatable into French. I also want to know how the seller’s payment is going. Can I modify the sellers’ offers as I wish and choose my prices and my currency? Thank you

Language: You can use Loco translate plugin to translate all text to French.
The currently the admin will send manually profit to seller. The admin can check profit per event and send amount for seller.
Only admin can set currency, the vendor can’t set currency.

Hello Ovatheme, please just a quick one.. i moved my site to a new VPS, now i get “error too many redirects” when i try accessing login pages. all login pages works well when i disable “ova login” plugin but (everything defaults to wordpress login interface, which is not cool). what could be causing this? and is there a quick fix (am out of support so i cant submit ticket). Thanks.

Hello, I think your vendor withdrawal is lacking. Like other users have suggested to you in the past, a vendor does not need to wait till end of event to get paid. Some events need ticket sales to make expenses before event date.
I think you should give vendor chance to request for withdrawal after sales have passed a certain amount set by admin. When admin pays vendor manually, new column showing eligible withdrawal amount will be shown on event. Eligible withdrawal amount is (Total-vendor-profit-on-event minus what has been marked paid before by admin).
Your app… I think you should allow the app to unvalidate a ticket too. Event goers may leave an event before event is over only to return back to event. When they leave mid-event, ticket should be unvalidated and when they return, ticket should be revalidated. That way fraud(tail-gating) can be checked so people can’t use a ticket multiple times to enter an event.
Also on app, list of tickets validated should be shown so you can check ticket trail. When ticket was checked in, unvalidated etc.

The app: The app connected to database of website, so when use app to scan ticket, status of ticket will updated to database, so the customer can’t use it multiple times.

perhaps due to the last update. Only admin receives “new vendor” email or “new event” email. The vendor receives anything. can you please see or share the mail code that needs to be added in “Recipient(s)” to cope with the problem?

Thank you, and if it is possible to consider also adding a filter in the admin payment settings to the vendors (monthly & personalised dates filter) so that we know who needs to be paid and how much in the case we do a monthly payment to the vendors or weekly payment. Most important thing is that the vendors who sell tickets automatically appear in the admin payment settings because sometimes there are recurring events, it means it will perhaps never end.

To have like a filter in order to have a listing based on the dates or on the event or on the vendors. it will help to see on a monthly basis or weekly basis etc.. how much we need to pay the vendors

- Sending a certificate to event participants - Option to send a mass message by email to event participants - In the information that goes in the body of the email they are in HTML, in text as it is very confused, without paragraphs or spaces. - Have more than one payment option when registering an event eg: payment via website or at the event location in cash.
