1. A hotel with many branches in different locations?
2. Also. if it does support multi-branches or group of hotels, we would want to have separate pages for each hotel locations, to showcases only the rooms for that location, hope there is a shortcode to display each hotel rooms for the separate hotel pages?
3. Hope this theme is fully customizable for a designer.
4. Does it have any Events and Menu plugins or elements?

1. Both customers and admin can print the booking details. You can use any currency without any problem.
2. No. Any tax is included in the total price so we don’t have such a functionality.
3. No. The customer receives a confirmation email that includes all booking details.

1. You can change the mentioned text but there is no further functionality about taxes. It’s just static text on the booking page.
2. I’m not sure if I understand your question: Bookings and Rooms in the WordPress Dashboard can be managed by Admin and Editors while booking settings can be edited only by admin. So the ability to manage bookings depends on the user role.

You can connect the booking forms of our theme with any external booking system that can receive data via the GET Method.
However, you can’t use both our built-in booking system and an external one. Our built-in booking system can’t be synced with any external booking system.

I understand that synchronization between your built-in booking system and an external one like booking.com is not supported at this stage, so we have to choose between one of them. If you are looking to use an external booking system then you can link the booking forms of our theme with the external booking system and the reservation will be completed through their system. The booking provider must be able to receive data via the GET method.

I wanted to ask for your cooperation since we created a site with your template. In the reference it said that it was compatible with the WPML translation plugin.
However, after making the mirror translations of each of the pages and rooms to reserve, reservations when made from the English site are not blocked in the Spanish one.
For a hotel business it is impossible to have traceability if English and Spanish are not related correctly.
On the other hand, we would like to know how to make the correct correlation with platforms like airbnb.
Lastly, the available paypal is from India and the website is for Colombia.

1. Make sure that you have assigned the translated room to the original one under the Translation. Edit the room and check the translation tab.
2. Our built-in booking system can’t be synced with an external booking provider like Airbnb.
3. PayPal is a global payment gateway. The supported payment gateways at this stage are PayPal, Stripe, 2checkout, PayU India, and Paystack.

1. Please check the presentation. There is an availability calendar in the admin dashboard. The room availability is related to the checked date.
2. You can block the booking of a room for a specific date range using exceptions. This is applied globally and not based on the payment method.

You have to choose if you want to use our built-in booking system or an external one like Booking.com
2. We don’t have any functionality related to this. However, I guess you can use the payment gateway to offer something like a partial refund.

the latest updates of our theme & plugins don’t affect the Google Map in any way. Moreover, the Google Map element is working as it should on our demo.
Try to disable any plugin that is not part of our theme.

4. No. Actually, no theme in the market offers access to the admin dashboard.
5. You have to use a user role plugin to achieve that.
6,7. Yes, there is an availability calendar in the admin dashboard. Check the screenshots on the item details page.

9. Yes you can set a deposit amount based on the percent of the total amount.

Pre-sale questions: Your theme looks fantastic! I was almost ready to purchase it until I looked over some other questions about fees that need to be included into the price but they were all over 7 or 8 months old. Right now, my client is using Motopress Hotel Booking and it doesn’t have that feature either but fees that are not optional should be shown as a line item and taxed if taxable. My next issue, do you plan to add the ability to sync with Airbnb, VRBO, etc?

At this stage, our booking plugin supports normal services (included in the room price) and additional services that can be selected on the booking page. We are thinking to add something like “mandatory services” in the upcoming updates but still we are collecting some suggestions on this feature before we start building it. Also right now all taxes are included in the room price so we don’t have any specific functionality about taxes.
We have a plan to add iCal support but I don’t have an ETA about it as this requires changing some core functionality of our booking plugin.

The arrival time has been reworked and now you can set arrival time slots under Eagle Booking > Settings > Booking Page > Arrival Time Slots. This change is listed in the release details.

2. Unlike most hotel themes in the market, we have built our booking plugin called Eagle Booking.
2. I’m not sure what you mean by “directly payment” but accepting credit cards without the use of an authorized payment provider is not possible and is not legal at all. At this stage the supported payment gateways are PayPal, Stripe, 2Checkout and PayU India. We are going to add more payment gateways in the future.
