I usually don’t do this but you left me with no choice.
I first raised the issue with your theme pack (Which your customer support accepted) 4 days back. First of all, there is no support option on your portfolio website so I raised the issue using the ThemeForest portfolio support message.
Usually, all issues including theme edit are solved using WordPress access but you asked me for FTP access. I shared FTP access with you 2 days back and since then I got no reply.
This is your customer support despite telling you about the urgency of the project I was working on. Your screwed-up customer support has cost me extra on my project.
I want to know a fixed date and time when you will fix the issue. I can’t bear loss because of your incompetency.

Yup and your reply was, wait till the theme update arrives. When I asked you when would that be? You answer is you don’t know when. Please respond back with my refund request.
You should know that many people and clients depend on how swift the theme and its support is going to work. I can’t keep my client on hold until the new update which you cant tell me a date about.

Where is the documentation that tells you how to set up the portfolio/gallery page? When I try to do this the page only shows the featured image on clicking the image it expands but I am unable to see the rest of the images associated with the particular projects although they are listed on the page.

Don’t install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc. So unzip the package and find the actual theme folder then install theme.

Just purchased this on the basis that it comes with the demo content – won’t install via Wordpress install (413 request entity too large error but no file identifier). Can’t find any demo content – and there’s nothing but the most basic installation documentation provided. Never had issues with wordpress themes before – are there any comprehensive installation instructions anywhere or should I just get a refund and go elsewhere?

Trying to update website date how ever i can not make any changes as ERROR keeps showing. Appearance – Garden options – Layout- Footer – any changes trying to be made or updated in Bundle Panel is getting this message “Error: options page dttheme not found in the allowed options list”. Designthemes Core Feature plugin is 1.3 on my site is it suppose to be 1.6 no update available for it?
Is there any way of doing automatic update of theme without having to download files and update through FTP client? DesignThemes Core Features Plugin is 1.3 is this the most up to date? Its not giving me the option to update any ? The Garden theme is showing 1.6.

I had to restore site fully back to old theme. Its a BIG inconvenience that you don’t have an automatic update for the theme. How will I update theme with out loosing current website content and designs? The current theme i cant make updates or changes to the websiste. Very disappointing.

Bought this thinking it came with WP Bakery, which it does include the plugin but the plugin will not update to work because of a license code?

The plugin is already activated and please ignore the message that is showing in your dashboard.
Plugins are included in our theme package, there is no need for you to purchase them. However if you want premium features of the plugin and premium support, only then you need to purchase a separate license for it.

Working on customizing your theme. Have updated to 2.4. Trying up update options in the Buddha Panel. It won’t let me enter anything in the URL field for the logo now will it let me “Save All” for any changes. Getting the following error:

Also on PHP 7.2
Resolved the Buddha Panel save issue. Appeared to be a browser session issue. Cleared browser cache and rebooted machine.
In the process however I began deactivating plugins to see if any one of them were an issue. I did discover an unrelated issue with the required Unyson plugin.
When activated the Unyson plugin generates this error in the WP site status panel:

Please deactivate the unyson plugin. It is just needed for installing the demo contents. Other than that, there is no use for that plugin

Most of it depends on page content which compromises of images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

You can certainly install Garden on a site that already has content. It’s not recommended to do this on a live site as you’ll likely have some styling / layout changes that will need addressed as you switch themes.
For installing demo content, it’s not recommended to install a full demo on a site with content, as that will add all the demo content on your site as well as demo menus and sidebar / widget assignment. If you’re wanting to completely rework your site, then you could take a full backup (including database backup) and try the import, then revert if needed.
