Dear sir, I get a white screen when I installed the Artday theme/ Neither the main them nor the child theme works. All other themes installed on my wordpress site works. I have change te wp-config.php file as explained in the help section but it has not helped – I have also deactivated all plugins to see if that helped but it didn´t. Best regards Jeppe

I started from a fresh Wordpress install, no pages created by me. I have uploaded the theme and after that went to Tools > Import > Wordpress and clicked Run Importer. There i clicked on Choose File and selected Demo Content > artday-demo-data.xml. Then I clicked in Upload File and Import.
Now on the top left of the dashboard i can see Visit Site and Visit Store.
My understanding of the Demo Data is that we were getting the full preview displayed before purchasing. My surprise comes when there is some menus (accessories, art, fashion, home, prints….) but they all look the same, this is, a square with a picture and then some text below. Some other things like the footer with the shipping, privacy and policy, the signup for the newsletter… all would be there but i can only see random stuff that will have to be modified from scratch almos. Am I doing something wrong? The reason why I bought your package is because I liked the structure so I was able to start adding my data on top of an already created site but this doesnt seems the case right now. I checked the documentation but after the “Import” couldnt find anything else. THanks in advance

when you import demo data you get exactly the same structure as you see in our preview, so I guess you did something wrong. If you want you can send an email to us, we’ll be glad to help you.

if you want to update your plugin then you can do so from theme package, there are uploaded latest versions of all bundled plugins. Or if you have installed latest version of the plugin you can do so directly from you dashboard.

The theme package does not include a new version of the WPBackery plugin. And updating the plugin via the ‘Required Plugins’ (Appearance > Install Plugins) environment inside Wordpress redirects me to a page where it tells me “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.”
Usually we include latest plugin versions with theme update, but at the moment it’s not ready yet. So you can contact us via email, we’ll send you latest plugin version.

Hi, your theme is not working on my wordpress website. I purchased it few months ago and I’m not able make it working. It looks terrible and wrote lot’s of errors. Hello there. I purchased the theme with another account and I’m trying to set up the 3D parallax slider. The only problem I’m facing now it the “view collection” button that is transparent even if I have set it to be brown in the slider settings. I tried everything but nothing solved the issue. I have to say that this theme is the worst I ever purchased. It’s few month ago I bought it and it’s still not working! Even after your emails that I have to upload it threw FTP I’m getting set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /data/web/virtuals/162817/virtual/www/domains/cajovebytosti.cz/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 471 error! as I see on your website is still installed version 1.8.1 that’s why your navigations still doesn’t work. But I think it can be due to cache plugin which is installed on your website. Try to clear the cache and to recheck the issue.

Log in into your Wordpress dashboard and then go to Appearance=> Menus and set your menu items. It can solve also your second issue.

as I see you already imported demo content. Now you need to make some basic configs. To set which page will be displayed as your blog page, which pages will be your home page, your navigation etc. At the moment on your Home Page are displayed just blog posts.

this plugin allow you to add popups on your website, this plugin is not required so you can disable it without any worries. Then when you’ll finish with your website you can enable it, sure if you need.

out of the box popup appear just once per session. Then it will appear after some time again, but not on next page open. If you can do so, you can change popup settings. If you want you can send an email to us, we’ll send you the plugin documentation.

Hi, I have a question. When a customer buys my original painting, can I declare it a reproduction? My goal is to offer a digital print on canvas with different sizes and prices of the sold paintings. I would like to have a menu to choose from (with radio buttons) at different prices so that people can choose the original painting once sold at a lower price. Is there any way to do this in your theme?

In Navigation style 3, its the dark ribon on top that has the login and cart to the right
In theory it’s possible but it will require some changes in the code. You’ll need to open menu file and to copy this top bar function from style 4 to style 3.
