Please can you tell me the correct syntax for the Countdown timer? I’m in the UK , I’ve tried ‘GMT’ UTC+0’ etc , Nothing seems to work, it’s just printing ‘NaN Nan Nan’

I purchased this theme and have a very specific problem with SVG images in the icon box element. I spent hours trying to find a solution around the web and in your documentation. I finally gave up and submitted a support ticket. The support response was “go read the documentation” Really? I know where the documentation is and I couldn’t find any information on the problem or the solution there. Bloody insulting.
Should anyone come across this comment, please disregard. I haven’t used the system before and I honestly thought the statement “go to the documentation” that appears on the initial support page was the response to my support ticket. I wasn’t logged in. (head slap) Apologies to the authors!!!

Love your theme, guys. Quick question. Does Ave have a feature with videobackground (image as placeholder) plays on hover? Also similar, in case of mobile view, videobackground plays on screen that the user can currently see?

No one of the included demos are downloadable or could be installed. It is just a mess. It is not difficult to include all the demos into the download files. But no – downloading the files are not working and we should open a ticket to your support. I want to setup pages fast and not registering me on a support ticket website to wait days until i can create and download ONE demo that i have paid for.
