It is 2025. Are you ever going to update the theme? Also, are you still supporting it? It seems that $60+ dollars is a lot of money for support if you are not even updating. Please advise, because I have some issues I need assistance with.

Why can’t I see my Rev Slider. I have a Rev Slider on my home page. The space is there, but the Rev Slider element is not, yet the video still shows on the website.

As we suspect that this might be caused by a plugin conflict, you could try testing for it by first disabling all of your 3rd party plugins (plugins that did not come bundled with the theme) to see if the behavior persists. If it’s gone, you will know that one (or a combination) of the plugins was the culprit. Then start enabling them one by one until you find the one causing the issue.

Any plans on updating this theme?

The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.0.

Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Hi, I purchased this theme however the slider revolution is no longer able to be edited as it says it requires a purchase code—how can I go about this? Thanks!

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated.

How to remove “Book a table” and hand icon on homepage and events page. Also, how to remove “You haven’t added OpenTable ID” on event single. I would like to remove booking a table all together. I haven’t seen any documentation on this.

This theme has not been updated in a long time. When will there be another update?

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.

The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update so you can use the theme on latest version of WordPress.

Hi, when will there be an update? There is a bug with image light boxes which is causing the website to brake. After opening an image, you can’t do anything anymore, it is kinda a major issue.

Bundled version of WPBakery Page Builder is only 6.0.5 and over a year old, and the current version of the plugin is 6.4.1. When will this plugin be updated so that the bundled version is closer to the actual released version?

I am having some issues with this theme which appear to be the result of a bug in the Header / Sticky Header settings, and have tried to sign up for the support portal but it does not appear to be working.

After attempting to sign up, it requires email validation. Only, the validation emails do not come through. I have tried twice on two different email addresses, and have waited well over an hour in case they were slow to arrive. I have also checked spam and nothing in there either. I know the accounts were created because it will let me attempt to log in, but then block me saying I have to validate my email first.

Activation email finally showed up about 2 hours after signing up.

I purchased this theme the other day, and I need to log a support ticket but when you go to support it doesn’t allow you to. I can only view the documentation that came with the theme.

The theme is outdated which I didn’t realize until it was too late. There are a couple things that don’t allow me to change like Edge events won’t allow me to remove book a table. I don’t need open table or reservations and the theme is not allowing me to remove that CTA from my events.

I did notice on Edge options you can click no for reservations but that is not working.

What are the steps I need to take to have the book a table CTA and Open table removed completely?
