You demos are great on desktop view but need to be fixed for mobile layout. Take /demo24, there is no mobile menu, and the image isn’t display completely. For /demo25, the mobile display is weird. why isn’t it displaying the one-slide scroll layout like the desktop version? Majority of web users use mobile so its hard for me to decide on purchasing the theme until mobile layout is fixed for all the demos. Best Regards

Please, check that you have the latest theme version and the latest versions of the bundled plugins. Also, the issue might be because of third-party plugins, which aren’t compatible with our theme. Try to temporarily deactivate these plugins, and check the presence of the issue. If the issue doesn’t present, activate one of the plugins and see if the problem reappears. Activate the next plugins in turn until the problem reappears to identify the problematic plugin.
If after all these steps you don’t find the reason for the issue, I would kindly ask you to extend the support and to open a ticket with your inquiry at our help center and we will do our best to help you.

There is an issue with blog page after the latest update. Excerpt for the new blog posts shows “There is no excerpt because this is a protected post.”, and for the old ones it show actual Excerpt. New posts aren’t password protected and when theme is changed then they show up. Here is the link to the page: https://replug.link/66f7bcc0

Hi there! I used Loco Translate Plugin to translate necessary phrases on my website. Nevertheless I cannot translate “Share this product:” at the single product page. Hi! Thanks for answering I found it and translated the string like you said. But unfortunately it didnt work, it is still in english in the front end. And secondly there was a warning saying “Changes to this file can be overwritten or deleted as soon as WordPress is updated.” What can I do?

I really like the theme, but it seems like you guys don’t update it as often as I hope. Most of the top-selling themes are updated on a weekly, if not daily basis. I am also worried if your theme is coded efficiently for load speed.

My logo won’t appear on the website and I think it’s because of the ACF Pro plugin. I’m using .svg. Can you please advise?

SVG’s exported from Adobe Illustrator (or other tools) are Responsive by default, in other words there is no height or width attributes, no dimensions.
Here’s the solution:
Open you logo in Adobe Illustrator;
Use the menu and select Save As, carry on as normal until you get the final dialogue window.
Once this pops up, click on More Options in the bottom left and toggle the Responsive checkbox.

You are able to adjust it from the WPBakery backend editor. Open your portfolio page → Edit Page → You will see the “Portfolio projects” at the page structure → click to the Edit Portfolio projects →choose the categories which should be displayed at the portfolio page.

Unable to use with Smash Balloon’s Pro Instagram Feed plugin, their support’s response: “You can manually delete lines 1610 to 1702 in your Norebro theme’s style.css. This will let our plugin display correctly. These rules are most likely setup to work with the free version of our plugin and may also simply be out of date.”

On Home page, when adding element, RECENT PROJECTS, spacing issue is coming even after setting proper spaces. In preview mode, it is showing fine but after saving the page, it show lot of space between the boxes. Submitted a ticket as well. Please reply quickly.

Hello, I’ve just updated the theme to 1.5.2 version.
v1.5.2 [15.12.2020]
Fixed Minor style fixes and improvements; Fixed Preloader color issue fixed; Added WordPress 5.6 compatibility added; Added WooCommerce 4.8 compatibility added; Updated Google Fonts list updated; Updated Norebro Extra plugin to the 1.3.2 version;
Social icons messed up quite everywhere, just on top menù are loading fine. In Footer widget area for example not working, just 3 empty spaces.
Also I think a lot of class names changed. So some headings changed…. Problems also to interact with hamburger menu now…First time i have this issue.
I’ll roll back to the last backup.
Please fix this or remove these improvements…

Hi, I installed the new version of Norebro 1.5.2 and now I don’t have WooCommerce category images on pages that display a grid of categories.
Please test your theme with WooCommerce category with a list of subcategories. Previously category featured image was shown above/behind Category name.
Also, font awesome icons stopped working, so I had to manually add it. I also noticed issues with Norebro buttons (full and flat) where the hover background color isn’t applied.

My client has 3 Norebro licenses and I made her extend support once already. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied at all how you handle WooCommerce support. Show me on your demo site how subcategories are displayed in a category view and if you made it work there I will extend the support.

i think i found a bug in your last update with the social media… the icons went really small and the share button in the panel area doesn’t show the items, i try to find the css and fix it but it’s overruled.

I think i found the issue, the parent loads perfect the default css, but the child loads the custom css but the parent css doesnt work and there is no problem with the custom css making fail the default css
